INTRODUCTION Excellent hay production, cattle operation, and potential rental income! Three Sisters View Ranch is a well-managed 77.9± acre farm/ranch with 73± of irrigation through the Central Oregon Irrigation District. A 2019 Reinke six-tower pivot mostly delivers irrigation from a new pond with a 15-horsepower pump. This stick-built home also includes a detached garage and a separate shop with an animal shelter. There is also a second manufactured home built in 1997 with three bedrooms and two baths, perfect as a ranch hand home! Three Sisters View Ranch is perimeter fenced and cross-fenced for easy pasture rotations. Additional improvements include a 2012 pole-style hay barn, a small equipment shed, loafing shed, and a small set of working corrals. Located just minutes from the Redmond Airport, it’s a quick drive to Prineville, Redmond, and Bend, Oregon. All this and amazing Cascade Mountain views! The seller is also selling a 77.6± acre farm (also with two homes) and a 114.52± acre farm just down the road. The three of them combined make an excellent operation known as the Bar PL Ranch. Or buy one of the three separately!

With some exceptions, cities, irrigators, businesses, and other water users must obtain a permit or license from the Water Resources Department to use water from any source - whether it is underground or from lakes or streams.
