Guacamole By: Hailey Thomas Snacks, Sides & Salads

Serves: 4

Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados (peeled & pitted) 1 diced jalapeño 1 diced roma tomato 1 lime, juiced 1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh cilantro 1/8 cup of finely chopped red onions 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with the cayenne pepper and lime juice. 2. After mashing, mix together the jalapeño, roma tomato, cilantro, and red onions. 3. After this, you may eat your guacamole or refrigerate it for an hour then serve!
