2010 Highlights In 2010 Owasso FFA continued to build on its tradition of success at the OSU State FFA Interscholastics. • Owasso FFA qualified eight speakers and 10 speeches, placing in the top five in eight of those speech divisions. • We also had the State Champion Junior Parliamentary Procedure Team for the second year in row!!! • In addition, the Senior Parliamentary Procedure Team placed third which was continued improvement from the previous year.
