Club Leadership Team When you enter one of our club meetings you could see everyone talking as if we are a family. It’s important that we work as a family in order to get tasks done. We want everyone to be able to know each other’s names and start a conversation. Having that ability for our club is crucial because we don’t want anyone feeling left out. As this school year is coming to an end, our club has elected their new board, which start their new term on March 16. While having our new board, we created the positions for CLT (Club Leadership Teams). There are four possible CLT positions which include: Service Project Committee (SPC) which was appointed today Melika Cummings , RTC Committee (RTC COM) Matthew Flores Arreaga, Kiwanis Family Relations (KFR) which was appointed to Nazeerah Omar, and Member Development and Relations (MDR) which was appointed to Hoda Abushanab. Each of these positions provides other club members a leadership position. All these positions will be in charge of creating a team to help tasks that are assigned to them.

Brinley Middle School - Food Distribution

On March 7th, our Vice President’s first event took place at Brinley Middle School. Our club members unpacked food from trucks and had people line up, then handed out a certain amount of each item to people in need.

We find it very important that we as a club go out of our way to be more involved in our community. Thanks to the amazing members of our club we are able to come together and help those in need.
