Editor's Note: Hello Rams! We're currently rolling in to the summer but even now we plan to continue to play our part in the community through our multiple monthly service projects, courtesy of our wonderful Service Project Committee! Maintaining communication and consistent involvement is important as we strive to uphold our club goals. Subsequently, I'd also like to thank all for supporting and participating in our current and past events even when we're not at school. Your hard work and diligence still continues to amaze me! Keep it going Rams! Serving to inspire,

4 From Your Officers Vice President

Ciao a tutti! I hope everyone is having a spectacular and safe summer break. So firstly, as you all are aware, I will be taking over as president for a little while. For the time being, I am doing my very best to ensure that our club continues serving our home, school, and community while also being safe at home and not to mention, keeping you guys updated on recent activities and news. Speaking of serving, the board and I have a lot of service opportunities scheduled for this summer. Thanks to our CLT partners, we were able to work together to bring you fun socials and projects that will still get you hours worth of service and not to mention, a whole lotta FUN! I would like to spill the beans on what the projects for this summer are but I’ll keep it a secret for now. Despite what’s going on at the moment, we appreciate your commitment and perseverance to stick with us while also continuing to be the busiest bees we’ve ever seen. Remember to be(e) kind, be(e) safe, and be(e) happy! (See what I did there?) Serving above and beyond,

Jazelle Morales

Secretary

Hey Rams! I just wanted to give a quick update on what our plans are for this summer and how we plan to stay in touch. I know schools out and you may be focused on other things but it’s important to us that we still remain as much communication as possible. We’re working hard on giving you guys as many service events as possible right now and planning any fun events you guys can attend. It’s important to not only keep your spirit alive during the school year but as well as outside of school so we can carry that energy to our community as well. As of right now I’m making sure that if anything comes up I will be able to update you guys and update my information whether it's through taking notes in the minutes during our board meetings or keeping track of your service hours in the monthly report form. We will of course be posting any updates/ important events on our socials so stay aware of that. Again it’s very important to make Key Club a part of your lives not only when we’re in school to make sure our community does not stop getting served and we continue to make an impact all year round. :) Serving with Love and Passion,

Lina Abushanab

Hey my fellow Rams! I hope that everyone has started their summer off with a great and safe start, even though it is not the summer we all dreamed of. Though school is out and you all have plans, the board still plans on staying in touch with each other, as well as with you all! The board and the CLT’s are working very hard and diligently on providing you guys with as many service events as possible, as well as, socials, virtually! We continue to bring up some great ideas/plans that we can hopefully do during this summer and in school! I am trying my best to keep up with the budget and I am making sure that any ideas that I may have for the school year gets brought up for discussion! We will make sure that we communicate with you all through our social media, so make sure that you turn on the post notifications! Please make sure to stay safe out there and keep hydrated because we live in a desert, so summer has already started! I truly can't wait to see your positive spirits! I miss each and every one of you! Try to stay happy and always look at the positive side of things! Serving with Heart and Dedication,

Elizabeth Godfrey

Happy summer, Rams! As we dive into these few months of vacation, we encourage being consistent with our service in the community, which is why it is imperative to maintain connections while at home. The board and our lovely CLTs have been working hard to continue building a foundation for a strong term in the upcoming school year. Part of that includes checking up on the monthly newsletter as I include a calendar for upcoming events, flyers from the CLTs about upcoming events and past service projects, and articles and visuals from our Webmaster that reflect on the last month in general. Basically, if you ever want to catch up on what's new or coming up with our club, the newsletters are a gold mine of information compiled from the entire E-Board and Club Leadership Team. If you're reading this, you're already on track! These next couple months, I encourage you to continue taking action one step at a time. Until next month, stay safe and keep up the amazing work! Serving to Infinity and Beyond,

Ellanae Manera

Hey Key Clubbers! I know there’s been a lot going on in the world with the riots, Black Lives Matter, and COVID still being an issue. I just wish the best for people and hope everyone is staying safe and protected. With all of that going on as well let’s try and stay positive, like keeping in contact with friends and enjoying summer. I can’t believe it’s already June, time flies fast when we’re at home keeping ourselves busy. The board and committees are working hard to keep things flowing over the summer. We are still coming up with service projects and trying to be involved with service events. Make sure you guys are on the remind and follow our Instagram to stay updated on upcoming service events and projects. It’s important to even stay involved over the summer because we want to keep the spirit alive for when we get back. We want everyone to be excited for what is to come because we are working hard to make this coming year another great year for Rancho's Key Club. I know I’m excited and I hope everyone else is too. Soaring with Service,

Chrystal Ortega
