Summary Nowadays, the organizations around the world are requiring professionals with not only knowledge of the technical issues and new management trends. They are asking for LEADERS, for young people that can confront with any situation inside them. To understand that we don't need to choose between results and profits and impact the society. It is the time to start a new age in AIESEC in Malaysia, to start to be relevant, to understand our role as international leaders organizations, how we fit in the market and how to have smart approaches with lots of different sectors, to give high quality experiences for all of us and our stakeholders, it is the time to step up in to be a real impactful and relevant organization. By this application I share with all of you my vision and dream of AIESEC in Malaysia in 201213, with all of my passion in it to give the best of me for the near future. Based on this commitment I would like envision an AIESEC in Malaysia with this strategical framework: First, Balance Growth, between the two roles of the MCVP ER with AIESEC in Malaysia, the innovation in sales operations and the LC development to run this innovations. That will help us to grow not only because of the effort of a few LCs but the entire country. Second, Opportunities Integration, for take advantage of all the trends that the external environment offer to us, but having a clear conntion with the supply and opportunities inside of the AIESEC Network. Looking for a sustainable and constant growth. Finally, Administrative Leadership, as the AIESEC way says, our members are interested in leadership, global issues and MANAGEMENT, and we have forgotten the relevance of this topic for AIESEC as organization, and if we can organize ourselves from the inside, we can start to run operations easily and with high quality.
