This year, AIESEC in Malaysia is developing the Youth Leadership Conference as the main conference for the Engaging With the Future Programme, is a 3 days 2 nights conference attended by approximately 500 high school student [Form 4, 5 and 6]. It aims to engage youth to develop their leadership skill and build a professional profile that better prepares them for their future.
