NEXT is a robot company based in Rhode Island, they create robotic appliances that are meant to help people at home. A new research and development hub will be built in Boston, Massachusetts. NEXT is meant to help their employees flourish and grow. This company will successfully do so by creating a Neighborhood Garden in the office. The goal of NEXT is to be purpose driven, strong, and to be yourself. A way to understand how a person can grow is by looking back to nature. The NEXT office will provide areas of gardening where the NEXTERS will be able to put their hands in the dirt and have an exciting experience with their coworkers. The employees can clear their head and build healthy relationships in the workplace.
