adaa facilitates and validates sustainable buildings adaa was established in 2017 with a great passion for making sustainable changes in the local and regional built environment. adaa is an independent, innovative consultancy that works with engineers and architects in the MENA region to optimize the quality of their building designs. adaa helps architects and engineers design more effective structures that consume less energy, water, and resources while being comfortable for occupants by applying state-of-the-art simulations throughout the design process and best practice methodologies in analyzing the overall performance of the design. adaa focuses on sustainable environmental design, linking architectural creations to environmental sciences, building physics, and performance simulation.

Maysoon is the founder of “adaa, Sustainable Development Consultants”.

She is an Accredited Professional Architect with a specialty in Sustainability and Green Building Design. She has over 20 years of international experience in sustainability, Green Building, and Architecture. Her work exceeds regular designs to provide Green Designs and assessments for buildings in Energy Efficiency, Performance Optimization, and Sustainability.

Maysoon was involved in many international design projects in the US and the Middle East with a focus on energyefficient buildings, environmental design, construction technology, and community advocacy for sustainability issues.

She is a trained instructor, where she conducted many Green Building workshops and developed sustainability courses and research.

Maysoon is also a consultant for multiple national and international agencies in green building and energy efficiencyrelated projects, examples of the agencies include MOPWH, KfW, RSS, USAID, GIZ, UNDP, IFC, and The World Bank
