How To Make Curd Rice? 1. Heat the oil in a small tampering pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add grated ginger, curry leaves and dry red chillies when the seeds turn golden brown. 2. Mix steamed rice and salt in another bowl and mash them with backside of the spoon. 3. Add curd and mix them well. 4. Pour milk over it. 5. Add grated carrot, tampering mixture and finely chopped coriander leaves to the rice curd mixture. 6. Serve them chilled.
