We call agents to ask for any missing data.

Investors
Our analysts receive property URL’s on a daily basis. They answer over 60 questions on each property and test it against British Housing Quality Standards and typical investment data of comparable properties in the same area. Each property is analysed again by a second analyst and the results for each property are compiled in a 5 page quality & investment report.

If the property URL was submitted by an investor, we will email the 5 page quality & investment report to the client within 24 hours.
Our ranking engine combines the investment & quality scores for each of the properties submitted by the agents.
If the property URL was submitted by an agent, the scores and data of our review will be passed to our ranking engine.
The TOP 100 rankings of selectged properties submitted by agents are published on Wednesday mornings.
