for a better line. Going all-out to shave off a few thousandths more. It matters little whether you're a champion, or have been, or if you ever will be. What counts on the track is heart: the F4 RC : 2 1 2 h p a t 1 9 0 h e a r t b e a t s p e r m i n u t e . E x p e r i e n c e i t.
thumping pulse that measures the intensity of the feel for the bike. Adrenalin on every straight, in every corner, feeding the euphoria that powers the passion. Pure passion for a unique, legendary bike: the MV Agusta F4 RC.

High-end. With a limited-edition production run of just 250 bikes, the F4 RC is a handassembled gem, put together by a team of specialists to ensure optimisation of every component and maximum uniformity between one bike and another. The certificate of authenticity makes it as unique and exclusive as its every detail.
On a racing bike, the number one enemy is weight. To get it down, you need to reduce, where possible, the number of components. Or you need to precision-machine materials of only the highest quality. The F4 RC MV Agusta takes the latter approach. A few examples: 11 magnesium covers, 11 carbon fibre parts, a crankshaft lightened by 487grams and 333 titanium bolts, feather-light and glittering gold and silver. On a racing bike, the wheels are an essential element to racing success. Less weight means less gyroscopic inertia, faster changes of direction, better lap times. It's also important that, in addition to being light, they are beautiful and made of forged aluminium. So you can relish the panache and the performance. Just perfect for mounting high spec tyres with compounds that need heating - with tyre warmers, of course, a must for any self-respecting track day devotee. Pro riders know they can count on the name Ă–hlins. That's why the F4 RC features a USD NIX 30 fork with TiN coating, separate hydraulic adjustment of compression and rebound and adjustable spring pre-load. At the rear there's an Ohlins TTX 36 shock absorber with piggyback reservoir, with manual compression rebound adjustment effected via anodised aluminium knobs. Ă–hlins also supplies the steering damper, a real detail set between the frame and tank.

WSBK replica.
On a competition bike the exhaust system needs to fulfil two criteria: increase engine efficiency and power and reduce overall motorcycle weight. On the F4 RC , as on every MV Agusta, it does both admirably. It also adds another must-have quality: captivating beauty. Three qualities that have brought about highperformance partnerships with Termignoni and a real artist in the motorcycle industry, Magneti Marelli, the supplier of the control unit. The F4 RC is the essence of lightness and rationality. Everything has been designed with speed in mind. Every instant, on the track or in the pit, consists of vital fractions of a second. Yet even seemingly secondary design features can help riders claw back those precious split seconds. Such as the quick-release fuel cap: ultra-light and CNC-machined, this is the same as the Reparto Corse one used on Camier's bike.
A 212 hp legend. This is the MV Agusta F4 RC. The bike built by Reparto Corse and ridden by Leon Camier. The bike for those seeking their place in motorcycling history. The F4 RC is a bike more than capable of gliding silently along public roads. Yet it can quickly be transformed into a clone, also in performance terms, of the MV Agusta F4 Reparto Corse ridden by Leon Camier. The magic takes place when the special conversion box is opened. Inside lies a kit ready to transform road animal into track beast: exhaust, dedicated control unit, and rear seat cover to turn it into a streamlined single-seater. Ergal fairing plugs and fuel cap, bike cover and the must-have certificate of authenticity.

Winning number. The F4 RC offers something else usually reserved for pro riders: the choice of a race number (except for numbers 1 and 12, for reasons linked to the collectors' market and the brand history). Let us suggest a few numbers sported by famous MV Agusta riders: #2 Leon Camier, #4 Phil Read, #29 Mike Hailwood, #62 John Surtees, obviously before their bikes took on the number 1 attributed to every world champion.
All limited-edition F4 bikes can be recognised by this particular feature, introduced in 1999 with the first F4 Serie Oro. Personal numbering was inaugurated by founder Claudio Castiglioni to enhance the authenticity and exclusiveness of MV Agusta motorcycles. A tradition that continues with the F4 RC, a true F4 that's a record-breaker in terms of power and lightness - and also the first bike born out of the partnership with Mercedes-AMG. Enough to make it an instantly collectable classic. The F4 RC engine is an inimitable gem that lies firmly in the domain of limited-edition exclusivity. Each internal component - such as pistons, gudgeon pins and crankshaft has been designed to be as light as possible. The same philosophy has been extended to the gears and camshafts, all hand-finished with machine tools. Externally, titanium and magnesium play a key role. The former has been used to make all the fasteners, the latter all the exterior covers. No F4 has ever received so much care and attention. As is the tradition, the F4 RC features radial titanium valves and, thanks to outstanding engine tuning, reaches a maximum power of 205 hp at 13,600 rpm (212 hp on the kit version with exhaust system and dedicated control unit) against a torque of 111 Nm at 9600 rpm. The fuel delivery system features two injectors per cylinder, arranged on two banks: the upper one with the higher flow uses Magneti Marelli components, the lower one features 4 Mikuni injectors. The electronic control unit manages the full Ride-By-Wire system.
