the 7th semester 2nd scenario is based on a future prediction (approximately 40-60 years in the future) underlining the question about “ what if there is no border/limit/boundaries in our lives?” the problem of this project takes place on how we interact with others, and on how we seemingly distracted by the technology that we use on daily basis. the project itself is a rehabilitation center for people to “wakeup” and be in the moment, a place to find sanctuary.

ANIMAL SHELTER & HEALTHCARE IN SOUTH JAKARTA

The final project is based on a daily observation on the streets of Jakarta, when the tight schedules and activities causes citizen to neglect their surroundings. Based on this observation there is one issue that came up, the one people tends to forget, the awareness for stray animals. Jakarta as a capital city supposed to have the best operation on handling this issue, but, in reallity Jakarta only have 4 known non-provit animal shelter in which each one of them can only accommodate 300-500 animals. in comparison to the stray animals is estimated to be 150.000 cats and 15.000 dogs. This project is about making animal shelter and healthcare for the stray cats and dogs that are in need of care and to prepare them to find a warm and loving home.

mapping jakarta : kepulan seribu
This project is about exploring tourism destination in urban areas (in this case Jakarta) and creating new activities/planning on that destination to enhance their tourism revenue. Kepulauan Seribu is one of jakarta’s hidden treasure, in just 30minutes1hour distance from the port we can already feel the resort sensation from each one of Kepulauan Seribu’s island. For this project the team consist of 3 people, VIrra Larasati, Yudhistira Yamani S. and Risa Anindita Rinadiputri.

This project is an extension to Rancamaya Residence in Bogor, Rancamaya is known for their luxurious residences with mountain view, this extension is expected to be as luxurious and with higher density, thus, the concept of condovilla will be applied in this Flamboyan site. This project is a tender for an interior design project. It is an interior for new and upcoming train station airport lane in Sudirman. the design itself require us to analize the maximum efficiency in each floor, to do this we analyze the movement of each Passanger, Worker, Service, and Diffable users and we cross the data with timing rule (in which the closer the area is to the entrance/exit of the train, the higher intensity of the users movement, and the the shorter time it will be for the people to stay/stop)

This is a homestay competition for 10 tourism destination in Indonesia, the planning for Rumah tongging is in Toba, the idea is to create a local hotels ( private hotels) run by locals, and managed by locals, in a limited area (just 54m2). the homestay consists of 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom for the owner, 1 shared Bedroom and 1 shared Bathroom for the guests. Rumah Tongging managed to acheive a runner up for Toba destination, and is currently published on “Desain Rumah Wisata Nusantara� by IMAJIbooks.

the shared bedroom can be used for almost 6 people, with the limited area, the interior consists of only the most essential things for the guests, a bed, an electicity and small bathroom
the lower part of the homestay is for the owner, and also an area for the guest (and for the other guest from other homestay) to come and gather with the locals, experiencing a true local tourism.
