Rashad Blossom

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Rashad Blossom is the owner & Manager of Blossom Law PLLC where he helps individuals find freedom in their financial situations. Rashad Blossom has a passion for business and entrepreneurship, and if you ask him, he’ll tell you he’s had it from a young age. Rashad began cutting hair when he was 14 years old, and by the time he was 19 he had opened his own barbershop. Rashad’s love of business and entrepreneurship eventually evolved into building a career in bankruptcy law. Before forming his own law firm, he served as a Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Distressed Investing Partner, providing legal advice and defending mortgages and mortgage services. Rashad’s time in this position allowed him to negotiate the sale of debtor’s assets in representing a regional bank that held more than $20 million in claims against a chapter 7 debtor. While Rashad Blossom found a lot of success in this position and felt he was great at what he did, there was something missing. Rashad dreamed of helping those in less fortunate positions, people like his friends and family which whom he grew up with. Rashad realized that there are people in those positions who may not be able to afford more expensive lawyers, but still require top-notch legal services. This is what brought Rashad to create his firm Blossom Law PLLC, a law firm dedicated to helping those who may be struggling financially, whether they be regular people filing for bankruptcy, or small business owners who are having financial difficulties. Rashad Blossom completed his undergraduate at the University of Alabama, where he received a BS in Finance and graduated as a member of the National Business Honor Society as well as the Golden Key International Honor Society. Rashad then chose to further his education by attending the University of Alabama’s School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
