I believe in hopefull and empathetic design which has a positive impact on others. My strengths lay in design that fulfill the purpose of being pract ical and effic ient. I am intrigued by simple solut ion and details that. Add a lot of character to an object or space. Curiosity has made me a better learner and does not limit my passion for designing towards just spaces. I love the craft of fabricat ion and experiment ing in the workshop. I look forward to learning more and challanging myself to think in alternat ive ways. I love animals , plants , music. I am also fond of photography , gardening and somet imes making crafts.

THE DENTAL STUDIO

DESIGNING A DENTAL CLINIC ACCORDING TO DOCTORS DAILY ROUTINE AND PATIENT WORKFLOW. KEY WORDS : //MINIMALIST //NUTURAL COLOR

THE DENTAL STUDIO CLINIC - clinic is the place where people get treatment from specialists in minimum charges.

Make a design of a clinic in such a way that patient and doctors can work easily and smoothly. In clinic there is one area of specialist where there need, and requirements is to be fulfilled in that area. Make a design in such a way where small clinics and big clinics can be developed. While making clinic materials and colour which are to be used it should be made specially according to the design. DENTAL CLINIC ANALYSIS - in dental clinic under the supervision of dental expert the treatment is done. In dental clinic considering the dimensions of designing, hygiene and area deviation is given priorities. Work area is to be attached to doctor cabin in dental clinic.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF DENTAL CLINIC

AS PER REQUIRED AREA IN ALL AREAA PLACE IN BUBBLE DIAGRAM AND CREATE OPTIONS.

IN DAY TIME MAXIMUM NATURAL LIGHT NEEDED. CHECK-UP AREA IS NOISE PROOF. PROPER VENTILATION CLINIC WALL COLOURS SHOULD BE LIGHT AND FEEL CALM AND RELAX TO PATIENT WASH BASIN NEAR EACH DENTAL CHAIR. PLUMBING, DRAINAGE AND WIRING SHOULD BE GROUNDED.

ARCHITECTS:- YLAB ARQUITECTOS LOCATION :- SANT ANDREU, BARCELONA, BARCELONA, SPAIN ARCHITECT IN CHARGE:- TOBIAS LAARMANN, AREA :- 108.0 SQM THE AIMS OF THE PROJECT WERE TO ACHIEVE A DIFFERENTIATING IMAGE, ELEGANT WHILE ACCESSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRESH.LIGHT COLORS, CURVED SHAPES AND THE INDIRECT LIGHTING WHICH GOES THROUGH ALL THE AREAS, CONVEY THE SENSATION OF CALM AND BALANCE BOTH - IN THIS SITE THE ENTRY IS IN THE CENTER. THIS IS TWO SITE

- IN SECOND CONCEPT IN ENTRY I HAVE GIVEN WIDE PASSAGE TO

WITH SAME DIMENSIONS.

REACH TO THE RECEPTION AND THEN REACH TO BOTH SIDE AREA.

- IN FIRST CONCEPT ROUND CIRCULATION GIVEN FOR TO REACH ALL AREA FROM BOTH SIDE.

- Taking 2nd concept and designing in simple way. In this design i have choosen only shades of one color. - In dental clinic maximum light will needed. So using of white color more light reflect in clinic and more natuaral light will come in clinic. Approch to any area is one perpose. - For first time visiter take more time for treatments are done in left check-up area of clinic. - For short time taking treatments ( braces rubbre changing, teeth cleening, oral checkups etc. ) Are done in right side check-up area so patiant directly approach that area.

DESIGNING A DENTAL CLINIC ACCORDING TO DOCTORS DAILY ROUTINE AND PATIENT WORKFLOW. KEY WORDS : //PLASTIC RECYCLING //CONTAINER // NET-ZERO ENERGY

RE-PLASTIC RETAIL SHOWROOM - a showroom is a large space used to display products for sale, such as au-

TYPES OF PLASTIC

tomobiles, furniture, appliances, carpet or apparel. It is a retail store of a company in which products are on sale in a space created by their brand or company. A showroom can also be a space for wholesale buyers to view fashion merchandise for sale in their retail stores.

CONCEPT - plastic pollution - plastic pollution is the accumulation of plastic objects in the earth’s

environment that adversely affects wildlife, wildlife habitat and humans. Plastics that act as pollutants are categorized into micro-, meso-, or macro debris, based on size. Plastics are inexpensive and durable, and as a result levels of plastic production by humans are high. Moreover, the chemical structure of most plastics renders them resistant to many natural processes of degradation and as a result they are slow to degrade. Together, these two factors have led to a high prominence of plastic pollution in the environment.

RECYCLING OF PLASTIC

Plastic recycling is the process of recovering scrap or waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products. Since the vast majority of plastic is non-biodegradable, recycling is a part of global efforts to reduce plastic in the waste stream, especially the approximately 8 million tons of waste plastic that enters the earth’s ocean every year 1.

NET ZERO BUILDING Net zero building or zero-carbon building is a building with zero net energy consumption, meaning the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site.

A building that generates ( at least ) as much energy as it uses on-site. This is the most common use of the “net-zero” term. A building that produces (at least) as much as energy as it consumes when compared to the energy used to both generate and deliver the energy to the site from a remote point of generation ( such as power plant ), plus the energy consumption on the site. Net zero energy includes various supply-side renewable energy technologies are available for zebs. Typical examples of technologies available today include pv, solar hot water, wind, hydroelectric, and biofuels.

INTERACTIVE ORIGAMI CEILING

DESIGNING A CEILING THAT INTERACTIVE WITH THE MOVEMENT OF SURROUNDING. KEY WORDS : //ORIGAMI //INTERACTIVE // BIOMIMICRY // NATURE

INTERACTIVE ORIGAMI CEILING THOUGHT OF ORIGIN

CASE STUDY - 1

• Product design is always done keeping in mind the human psychology. • After designing the product, the end of the product, which comes to be made is under the supervision of human understanding, their behavior and emotion. • In public space create an installation that helps to relax people from their daily routine. • Installation diverts their mind to some colorful and movable element. • Installation response with some movement with an object.

DIFFUSION CHOIR

TOPIC - INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION • Interactive – that involves people working together and having an influence on each other. • Involving direct communication both ways, between a person and the other elements. • Interactive displays or the installation have attracted many new visitors to the place. - An interactive installation is an exciting way to active a physical space through technology, sound, and light, that responds to you. - They consequently turn people from passive audience to engage in active participation. - Interactive installation come in many guises, but commonly use a range of sensors that allows people to control beautiful and engaging interactive digital content from video to 3d game environments.

• Diffusion choir is a mesmerizing kinetic sculpture that visualizes the movements of an invisible flock of birds. It is made from four hundred origami-like folding elements that can independently open and close, controlled by stepper motors and custom software running a flocking algorithm. The movements of the sculpture are perpetually changing, driven by the flocking simulation. • From the beginning we wanted to preserve the openness of the space and work with natural light, so we pursued the idea of a sculpture that can essentially disappear and appear from thin air. We worked with shire to develop a narrative around flocking birds as a metaphor for the collaborative scientific culture of the company. • The sculpture perpetually plays out a choreography that tells the story of shire. At the top of each hour, small groups of birds coalesce into a single entity, soaring through the air in fluid collaboration.

CONCEPT

JELLY SWARM INTERACTIVE ORIGAMI LIGHTING INSTALLATION

[ MAKING A CEILING INSTALLATION THAT RESPONSE WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. ] [DESIGN A CEILING INSTALLATION USING THE ORIGAMI AND POPUP FOLDING ]

• ‘Jelly swarm’ by tangible interaction, with origami by joseph wu all photos by mark montgomery • ‘Jelly swarm’ is an interactive lighting project created by vancouver-based tangible interaction who works in creating sensory installations which stand as participatory experiences. The piece is comprised of ninety-four ‘jellies’, each made from laser cut and scored tyvek® that is then carefully hand-folded by origami artist joseph wu. • The ninety-four unit, all illuminated from within by an led module, are suspended from a reflective aluminum structure which reflects patterns of color and light onto the surrounding space. • Each jelly unit is outfitted with an led module installed within the pacific canada pavilion gallery at the vancouver aquarium, the work is part of the institution’s holiday program ‘luminescence’ which invites guests to witness and learn about the light phenomena which lives in the deepest part of our seas. • ‘Jelly swarm’ has been developed to imitate, the natural and reactive behaviours of bioluminescent jellyfish which glow when they have been disturbed. Within the exhibition space, when visitors move their hands across plinth-mounted touchscreen interfaces, their actions cause the jellies to respond. If left alone, the origami forms, individually programmed, interact with their closes neighbours, resulting in generative luminescent displays.

BIOMIMICRY • Biomimicking natures element is the base of this concept • With the help of bio mimicry taken the nature’s elements patterns and shapes to the design. • the design and production of materials, structures, and systems that are modelled on biological entities and processes. • Biomimicry is an approach to innovation that seeks sustainable solutions to human challenges by emulating nature’s time-tested patterns and strategies. • The goal is to create products, processes, and policies—new ways of living—that are well-adapted to life on earth over the long haul. • The core idea is that nature has already solved many of the problems we are grappling with. Animals, plants, and microbes are the consummate engineers. After billions of years of research and development, failures are fossils, and what surrounds us is the secret to survival.

CONCEPT STUDY [ NATURE’S CATENARY CURVES ] • there are many curves in nature, and a number of them can be represented by simple mathematical expressions — or at least, relatively simple expressions. One familiar curve is the EXAMPLE OF CATENARY IN NATURE: [ COBWEB ] The cobweb illustrates this typical suspended form in nature. It is an assembled form of catenaies. The threads running in circular direction develop into simple catenariesparabola

INTERACTIVE ORIGAMI CEILING [ ANTONIO GAUDI’S HANGING MODEL ] • Gaudí preferred modelling architecture over drawing it; especially models made of chains hung from a ceiling, or strings with small weights attached. Through • experimentation with such models, he discovered a way to use traditional Catalan masonry techniques in new, more complex ways. A chain suspended simply from • both its ends results in a catenary curve that naturallydistributes the static load in this case tension — evenly between the links of the chain. When this • shape is flipped vertically and the materials become brick or stone, then the static load — now compressive — is similarly evenly distributed, resulting • in an optimally efficient arch. This was already known for centuries. What Gaudí did was to apply this tension-compression analogy to chains • hanging from chains (or arches superimposed on arches) asymmetrically, permitting him to design a much more fluid architecture.

• The core idea is that nature has already solved many of the problems we are grappling with. Animals, plants, and microbes are the consummate engineers. After billions of years of research and development, failures are fossils, and what surrounds us is the secret to survival.

EXPLORATION in origami there are two main folding is mountain fold and velly fold.
