PROPERTY ANALYSIS
Your Rental Associate will provide you with a detailed list of items that need attention along with suggestions to improve revenue.
RATE ANALYSIS
Your experienced Rental Associate will analyze the market to maximize your rental income.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
Photography is the most important marketing tool, so all of our properties are photographed at William Raveis’ expense.
TENANT SCREENING
We provide thorough national background and credit screening for annual tenants.
HOLD ESCROW FUNDS
William Raveis will hold all money in a non-interest bearing account. Revenue is earned at move-in for seasonal or monthly for annual and paid within 14 days.
LEASE PREPARATION
Rental Associates may assist tenants in filling out the forms and may answer general questions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT COLLECTION
If a tenant causes damage to your property, we will submit certified claims on your behalf per Florida law.
FULL ACCOUNTING
You will have access to online financial statements, end-of-year-income and expense reports and tax documents. Direct deposit is also offered.
SALES AND TOURIST TAX
For vacation rentals we will set-up your account with the state and county tax collectors, collect from your tenant and remit monthly returns on your behalf.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
William Raveis will assist with scheduling repairs while the property is rented.
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATION
Our third party trained cleaning companies can be scheduled before and after reservations. Annual deep cleaning of seasonal properties can also be scheduled.
INSPECTIONS
Rental Associates inspect properties before Tenant’s arrival to ensure property is delivered in proper condition and again after departure to check for damage.
HOME WATCH SERVICES
We strongly recommend and will provide a list of home watch services to provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ups on your property during vacant periods.
