DECOR & FURNISHINGS
Each vacation rental property is privately owned and decorated to showcase the personal taste of the owner. Our accommodations are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in paradise, including kitchen essentials, handy electronics, quality linens, soft towels, modern TVs, and more.
CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
All properties are cleaned prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for the cost of the departure cleaning (prepaid at the time of booking). Most properties have a washer and dryer, or access to a common-area facility. Standard cleaning equipment is found in each unit for day to day upkeep. If additional maid service is required, special arrangements can be made at an additional cost. Please call William Raveis Florida Rentals for assistance.
CONDO APPLICATION FEES
Many condominiums and homes in our leasing program are governed by associations that require applications, personal interviews and letters of reference. Applications must be completely filled out and returned with an accompanying fee, as quickly as possible for processing. Leases may be subject to condo/homeowner association approval.
GOLF TRANSFER FEES
Golf transfer fees do not guarantee tee times. A golf transfer fee allows the tenant to make tee times subject to availability.

Also provides reimbursement for the additional transportation cost to return home or rejoin your group. Provides reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred such as accommodations, meals and local transportation, even additional kenneling fees if you are delayed 12 hours or more during your trip due to a covered reason.
Provides coverage for loss, theft or damage to your baggage and covered personal effects, including sports equipment, during your covered trip.
Provides reimbursement for the purchase of necessary items, including sports equipment, if baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours during your covered trip.

Benefits include transportation to the nearest suitable medical facility, help to return home if medically necessary, and expenses for a companion to visit you if you are traveling alone and are hospitalized for more than 7 days.
