Astute automates a Business School’s Student Life Cycle Management System using its OpeneCampus Solution
Client The client is one the fastest growing business schools in Southern Africa. They have, over the last 14 years has educated more than 65000 students from 1000 of the most reputable organisations in South Africa and around the world.
Business Need As a private university the client wanted to implement a comprehensive ERP Solution for its student life cycle management to manage its current 5000+ students enrolled into various programs and integrate with its learning management system, Moodle. They wanted a safe, secure, cost effective and yet flexible solution that can replace their disparate software and legacy systems in use.

The integration to the learning module eliminated the administrative burden of maintaining two disparate systems. Additionally it has also helped facilitators by allowing them to view student performances in real time, thereby enabling them to provide cogent feedback. By working in close co-ordination with the university and taking time to understand their specific needs, Astute helped deliver tangible improvements to several of their business processes and be an effective change agent in implementing the same.
