MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide leadership for the continued growth of our community. We advocate an environment in which our local businesses succeed and our community prospers. We support and strengthen this environment by driving economic development, fostering community partnerships and promotion of our members.

GOAL 1:

Improve Economic Development

OBJECTIVE:

To achieve economic stability, strengthen the local tax base and increase economic growth.

GOAL 2:

Support Local Education

OBJECTIVE:

Initiate a collective program of working to improve educational outcomes in our community with all local schools, city council, and businesses.

GOAL 3:

Expand Positive Communication and Media Exposure

OBJECTIVE:

Provide relevant and useful information to members and the community.

GOAL 4:

Promote Membership Development

OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for the continued growth and well-being of the Chamber membership, networking and communications activities, and add measureable value to the Chamber membership investment.

GOAL 5:

Strengthen Intergovernmental and Community Partnerships

OBJECTIVE:

Work with members, local and state policy makers, and the greater community in developing community partnership to keep everyone informed of important business issues.
