“We highly recommend ZebraScapes. They redid our backyard, removing overgrown vegetations. Then they brought in tons of rock to our backyard by wheelbarrow to complete the job (even put in a railing for some steep steps). Very professional crew. Did a great job. We are very happy with the results.”

Every outdoor living space is a blank piece of canvas for our landscape designer. We will work with your vision to create your personal oasis, a living space that you would be proud to share with family and friends. We approach every project with considerations for the surroundings and bring in elements complimentary to the natural environment. Our designs can include native plants and trees palette to keep water usage to a minimum, an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fire pit, pergola, water feature, pavers and patios. The ZebraScapes installation crew is second to none with an onsite supervisor at every project to make sure a quality control check list is followed. Our many certifications include irrigation, chemicals, firewise, and tree care. Give ZebraScapes a call. Let us turn your dreams into reality!

REWIND

2021 Annual Christmas Parade — Dec. 4, 2021 Photos by Bob Shanks

A

day of festive celebrations was kicked off by a lively Christmas parade with a “It’s a Whoville Christmas” theme. Rolling out underneath cloudless blue skies, it was stuffed with more than 100 entries including marching bands, horsedrawn and motorized floats, a sprinkling of happy Grinches and a couple of reindeer to make sure everything ran on time. Temperatures were in the mid-60s and an estimated 45,000 visitors came to Arizona’s Christmas City to join the holiday fun!

2021 Annual Christmas Parade & Courthouse Lighting — Dec. 4, 2021 Photos By Blushing Cactus Photography

G

reater Prescott residents and visitors welcomed the holiday season in its grand, traditional style with a lively Christmas parade with a “It’s a Who-ville Christmas” theme. Rolling out underneath cloudless blue skies, it was stuffed with more than 100 entries including marching bands, horse-drawn and motorized floats, a sprinkling of happy Grinches and a couple of reindeer for make sure everything ran on time. It was followed early that evening by the lighting of the majestic courthouse and the trees in its square, highlighting more Prescott traditions like choirs, carols and former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett reading the biblical Christmas story. The evening was closed out by a surprise fireworks finale.

total of 169 homes sold in Prescott during November, a 5% decrease from the 178 homes sold at the same time last year, according to the Multiple Listing Service Report from the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® (PAAR). Meanwhile, the median sales price rose 6.6% year-over-year to $530,000, and homes continued to sell fast, lasting 14 days on the market in November. However, the median sold price increased 23.9% to $440,900 from 2020 with homes staying on the market for a median of 12 days (four more than this time last year). A legacy of real estate. A mastery of real estate marketing. At Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, we have found that adequately representing unique properties requires unique skills. Over the years, our agents have developed innovative marketing tools and relationships with some of the most qualified buyers in the world. They have also developed a love for getting to know a house down to its most intimate detail. In the end, we don't so much sell a home as part with it. To market a distinctive home requires uncommon knowledge and resources, allow us to represent you.

Let’s have a conversation about how the team at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty® can create a custom marketing plan for your property in Prescott. 2971 Willow Creek Rd, Prescott, AZ 86301 928.227.2435 russlyon.com © 2021 Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
