Tea with E! at the Langham Huntington, Pasadena Once a year tic-tock Couture Florals makes a huge splash with the top planners in Southern California by throwing a luxurious tea party. This year it was just in time for the Royal Wedding. On April 28th, 2011 Eddie Zaratsian from tic-tock Couture Florals, Raye C Marketing and the Langham of Pasadena, along with the help of some key vendors, pulled off the largest wedding planner appreciation party of the year. The planners arrived at the Langham at 1:00, and were greeted with refreshing cocktails and gorgeous traditional Spanish guitar music performed by the very talented Brandt Jacobus. At 2:00, the planners were lead into the ballroom where they saw the magnificent dĂŠcor designed by tic-tock, Revelry, Wildflower Linen, Classic Party Rentals and Images by Lighting. Everyone was impressed with the overall feeling and elegance in the room. Eddie created a lovely Buffet de Fleurs, which ended up being one of the biggest hits of the party. The planners were able to choose flowers that complimented their beautiful outfits; and the tic-tock artists crafted gorgeous head pieces for them. The planners loved it! After being adorned with flowers, they moved over to the photo studio to have professional portraits taken by Cean One Photography. Additional detail and overall room Photos were take by Marianne Lozano Photography. Once everyone got settled, Eddie expressed his gratitude and made vendor and sponsor acknowledgements. Eddie was followed by a few words from the ladies of the Langham, they presented the history of afternoon tea. Guest then had the pleasure of listening to the vocal stylings of Brenna Whitaker and her band while being served tea, scones, tea cakes and delicious desserts. It was just lovely! The last hour consisted of Spanish guitar music, networking with friends and having more fun photos taken. A wonderful time was had by all; and the planners were given gift bags as they left with all types of treats.

www.tictock.com Eddie Zaratsian has come a long way in the years since he took his place as one of the youngest ever inductees to the American Institute of Floral Designers. 2010 was a year of unprecedented growth and fun! Between gorgeous weddings and events, shoots for Ceremony Magazine and Grace Ormonde’s Wedding Style, not only did the Creative Director for tic-tock Couture Florals work with some of his wedding industry favs, Pauline Parry, Nikki Khan, Mindy Weiss and Marcy Blum and do not one, but *two* episodes of David Tutera’s My Fair Wedding but he somehow managed to find the time be a contestant on the inaugural season of the Logo Networks’ hot new show, The Arrangement. For several weeks, E spent his days going toe-to-toe with nine other floral designers in fierce rounds of competition and elimination battles that would make other designers wilt. And, though he may not have said it at the time (what with all of those late, late nights shooting and early, early mornings at the flower market?) he loved every minute of it and from the moment it wrapped could not *wait* for it to air! He started 2011 off with a bang, working with one of his personal heroes Oprah Winfrey and spending New Year’s Day doing the launch of OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network.
