THE TRANSITIONAL SPACE IS ELEVATED FROM THE CENTRE PUBLIC SPACE. THE SPACE PLANNING IS NOT OPEN, BUT RATHER CONDESED AND WINDING. THIS LANGUAGE PROVOKES ONE’S CONCIOUSNESS OF THEIR DESTINATION. ALLOWING MORE PRIVACY TO THE SEMI-PRIVATE PLATFORM FOR BREAK-OUT “12”

UNFARMABLE - ATMOSPHERIC PURPOSE

THE SEMI-PRIVATE SPACE IS TUCKED AWAY ON BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH END OF THE ROOFTOP. IT WORKS AS A BREAK-OUT SPACE FOR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. IT STILL HAS A TOUCH OF COMMUNITY EXISTENCE, YET PROVIDING A TRANQUIL ATMOSPHERE.
