Features and Application range of Ultra fine grades
Ultra fine grade has better toughness than general cemented carbide with same hardness. These properties allow it to replace High Speed Steel.
Ultra fine grain (0.3~0.4 )
It is achieved through a high oxidation temperature(1200 ) with high hardness, and provides superb performance for high speed cutting and dry cutting.

Features High hardened steel cutting(HRC65). Medium high speed, High hardened steel(~HRC53). General purpose Endmills(~HRC45). Stainless steel, Non-ferrous metal. Uncoated endmills, Suitable for general machining due to excellent wear resistance and toughness. For aluminum, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metal.
H-max (for high speed, high hardened steel) New design for high hardened steel cutting. Special sphere tool geometry provides increased tool life and enables higher speed and feed operations. TiAlN coating increases tool life.
Z-max (for medium high speed, high hardened steel) An optimal design of cutting edge guarantees good performance in high speed to moderate speed machining.
Q-max (for general purpose endmills) Q-max endmills are made of an ultra fine grade and employs TiAlN coating. TiAlN coatings are made to perform normal speed cutting and general steel cutting.
Micro endmills Small size endmills for various micro machining has strengthen neck part for protection against fracture in high speed.
