Jazz at the Park San Francisco California
The urban fabric of Hayes Valley contains an existing focus on exterior environments. Patricia’s Green Park and the surrounding mixed-use residential context inspired a site strategy in which the building becomes an extension of its lively neighborhood. Through the creation and emphasis of interior and exterior relationships, impromptu as well as formal spaces take shape for a wide array of jazz performances and learning experiences.

Exploring translucent concrete
Translucent concrete is a concrete material with light transmissive properties. As time passes and surroundings change, shadows cast onto one side and become silhouettes through the material.

Through Habitat for Humanity, volunteers from the community come together each Saturday to help the Perales Family build their home. The design and construction phases hold an emphasis on sustainability and to reduce cost. The simple geometry and prefabrication of structural components are two examples; These considerably minimize construction waist and ensure With the completion of one house each year, this organization continues to give hope to families in need of a place to call home.

Time Thread Rome Italy Via Dei Fori Imperiali is a grand fascist-era road that cuts through the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill; it connects two historic sites, the Roman Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Its construction obliterated several historic structures and tenements that housed many of Rome's poorest families. The intent of this project was to connect the site’s ancient, medieval, fascist, and present times.
