VACANCY ADVERT (permanent/full time) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT The above post has arisen in the Scotland Regional Office, Livingston The Administrative assistant is responsible for providing professional administrative support for the office and parishes in the Region. Main Duties: Receptionist duties; answer phone calls in a pleasant manner and maintain neat office environment Keep accurate updated church records, hard and soft copy of all RCCG Parishes in Scotland with pastors and worship centre details. Use desktop-publishing software to prepare Communication email blasts. Order/maintain office and administrative supplies. Prepare and maintain annual reports, Take, circulate and keep minutes of meetings. Diary management: Maintain schedule of appointments for the executive council. Maintain yearly master calendar of events for RCCG Scotland developed in conjunction with UK central office. Support ministry committees by reserving rooms, preparing handouts, generating reports, attending meetings, recording, preparing, disseminating and maintaining minutes. Events planning: plan and coordinate special Church events with event owners (i.e, reserving facilities & vehicles, collecting and organizing materials, etc.) Parish liaison: main contact for parishes in Scotland Manage manuals, books order and distribution Oversee/delegate tasks to the administrative secretary/receptionist/volunteers.
