The Red Carnation Hotel Collection

A F A M I LY R U N C O L L E C T I O N OF BOUTIQUE HOTELS

My love affair with hospitality began as a young girl, and when I married my husband Stanley, a second generation hotelier, it became our life long dream to one day own a hotel of our own. We soon realised that our staff were the integral factor of running a successful hotel and so we learnt quickly to imbue them with our passion and work ethic. Now after some twenty five years since opening my first Red Carnation Hotel in London, I am thrilled to say we have grown our family-run business to an impressive collection of fourteen award-winning luxury boutique hotels, a country inn, a South African inspired restaurant and a world-class vineyard, and our vision has never been stronger. To this day we provide the best attention; we lead by example and this passion and absolute commitment has never waned. Each special place is a landmark of individuality, style, comfort, delicious food and splendid luxury, showcasing the local history and culture of their surroundings. Guests are genuinely welcomed as friends, and have come to experience our hotels as their ‘home away from home’ leaving with warm and happy memories. It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to our beautiful collection. I hope you too will experience them personally when visiting on business or leisure. Warm regards

Bea Tollman, President and Founder

Mrs Beatrice Tollman President and Founder was awarded ‘Hotelier of the Year’ at the European Hospitality Awards 2012.
