Inside this guide you will find all the information you need to get a head start on planning your Registry Collection getaway.
Getting started Firstly, register your account online at TheRegistryCollection.com which will enable you to search and book your dream escape at the click of a button. To register, simply select your home property from the drop-down list of resorts and you will be directed to the ‘Register Your Account’ page. Once you’ve completed the required fields within the registration form, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account by clicking on the verification link. Once complete, you’re ready to login to your account and start planning your next trip.*

How does the Exchange process work? To start Exchanging, you will need to deposit your Interval into our system and in return you will receive a number of Credits to use towards a reservation at another affiliated property. The more members who deposit their Interval, the more holiday choices are available to you!

How to begin Exchanging You can deposit your Interval anytime between 730 and 60 days before its check-in date. Your deposited Interval has a Use Life which begins on the 1st of January of your check-in year and ends on the 31st December of the same calendar year. Once you have found your perfect holiday, you can book by using your Credits. Any unused Credits can be used towards another holiday or saved into the following year.** If you don’t have enough Credits for your dream escape you can also borrow more from a future year. If you don’t get a chance to use your Credits by the end of Year 2, you can extend these for a subsequent calendar year for a fee.

Booking your holiday online You can plan and book your luxury holiday online at TheRegistryCollection.com without ever needing to pick up the phone.† Here’s how... 1.
Login to your account and select the ‘Book Now’ button in the left hand toolbar

Hover over ‘Search For a Vacation’ at the top of the page and select ‘Exchange Vacations’

You have the option to search by location, resort ID or dates using the filters on the left hand side of the page
4.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Simply add an Ongoing Search for your required resort, dates and size of unit. We will then search around the clock and let you know if and when your desired holiday becomes available.
5.
Once you’ve found your perfect escape, choose your required unit and select ‘Confirm’.
