Hipatia de Alenjadría es una de las primeras científicas de las que tenemos referencia. Desarrolló una gran labor científica en campos como las matemáticas y la astronomía. Fue una mujer libre, educada en la escuela neoplatónica y líder de las creencias neoplatónicas en Alejandría; en todo momento por su padre Teón. Hipatía también destacó por sus dotes oradoras y por ser seguidora del neopitagorismo y neoplatonismo; se convirtió en una eminente profesora de matemáticas, dando clases en su casa a un grupo selecto de aristócratas (tanto paganos como cristianos) Hipatia tuvo un trágico final, había sido maestra, conferencista,filósofa y matemática... una persona que difícilmente se pensaría podría excitar tal furia de fundamentalistas religiosos. Fue asesinada por un grupo de cristianos, ya que se negó a traicionar sus conocimientos científicos para convertirse al cristianismo Su final tuvo lugar mientras regresaba a casa en su carro, la bajaron de él, la arrastraron y se la llevaron a la iglesia donde la desnudaron completamente y la asesinaron, golpeándola y cortandola con tejas. Tras despedazarla , se llevaron sus miembros destrozados.
Sophie Germain
Marie Sophie Germain nació en París el 1 de abril de 1776. Cuando tenía 18 años abrió sus puertas a LA ESCUELA POLITÉCNICA de París, aunque no admitían mujeres, si se podían seguir los cursos por las notas de clases o apuntes, y así Sophie se inscribió como Antoine-August Le Blanc. Los alumnos también podían enviar observaciones a sus profesores, por tanto el profesor de Le Blanc no tardó en recibir comentarios sobre este. Al darse cuenta de su valía le instó a reunirse y allí descubrió su identidad. Sophie Germain mantuvo una correspondencia activa con matemáticos con mucho renombre como gauss. la primera carta intercambiaba entre ambos fue en 1804 y la interacción duró hasta 1809. Gauss contestaba con retraso y en muchos casos no lo hacía. Un episodio de la invasión napoleónica de 1807 fue la causa de que Sophie revelará su identidad a Gauss.

Germain intercedió por Gauss que estaba en la invadida ciudad de Braunsch Weig por medio de un amigo de su familia. Tres meses después Sophie, descubre su verdadera identidad y Gauss y se lo agradece así: "Pero cómo descubrir mi admiración y asombro al ver que mi estimado corresponsal Sr. Le Blanc se metamorfosea. [`...] Cuando una personas del sexo, que según nuestras costumbres y prejuicios debe encontrar muchísimas más dificultades que los hombres para familiarizarse con estos espinosos estudios,y sin embargo tiene éxito al sortear los obstáculos y penetrar en las zonas mas oscuras de ellos, entonces sin duda esa persona debe tener el valor mas noble,el talento más extraordinario y el ingenio superior."
Sophie supo en 1829 que tenía cáncer de mama aun así siguió trabajando sobreponiéndose hasta su fallecimiento el 27 de junio del 1831 en París.

FOTOS CON HISTORIA MILICIANO EN LA GUERRA CIVIL ESPAÑOLA, EN INSTANTE DE SU MUERTE Fue una de las guerras mas sangrientas de la historia, entre hermanos, que se enfrenraron defendiendo sus idelología en post de un país mejor y mas justo. Tres años de guerra civil sumieron a España, entre 1936 y 1939, en la violencia, el hambre y la angustia. La imagen refleja el momento en que el anarquista federico borrell garcía , muere el 5 de septiembre de 1936, de un balazo en un soleado paraje de cerro muriano cerca de córdoba. La foto fue publicada por primera vez el 23 de septiembre de 1936 en la revista francesa "vu". la impactante fotografía, conocida como "el soldado caído" o "muerte de un miliciano", se convirtió en un icono de la contienda española y en una obra cumbre del foto periodismo de guerra
EL HORROR DE LA GUERRA DE VIETNAM EN UNA FOTO QUE DIO LA VUELTA AL MUNDO.
Autor: Nick Ut "Siempre recuerdo aquel horrible día" dice kim, la niña iconica de la foto 52 años después. Kim vivía en la aldea de trangbang. junto a su familia se había refugiado en un templo cuando oyeron aviones. temerosos de que fueran bombardeados, corrieron fuera para encontrar seguridad, justo en el momento en que las bombas detonaron por todas partes del templo. las bombas lanzaban napalm, un liquido inflamable que se adhiere a la piel humana causando espantosas quemaduras, cuando se encienden. ella se arrancó la ropa para dejar de quemarse pero el liquido ya había quemado su cuello, la mayor parte de su espalda y su brazo izquierdo. Kim paso más de un año en hospitales, sometida a dolorosos injertos de piel y otras cirugías, finalmente, se recuperó. sin embargo ella no podía encontrar la paz. pensaba que si moría no tendría que sufrir mental, física y mentalmente. empezó estudiar diferentes textos religiosos en busca de respuestas. a los 19 años, se convirtió al cristianismo.

LA HISTORIA DE UN BESO
LOUIS ARMSTRONG TOCANDO LA TROMPETA EN EGIPTO PARA SU MUJER 1961
el beso más polémico que ha tenido lugar a lo largo de la historia , tuvo lugar entre los líderes comunistas Honecker (Alemania Oriental) y Brezne (Unión Soviética) durante el 30 Aniversario de la República Democrática Alemana (1979). Aunque este gesto se viera muy ridículo entonces, tan solo se trataba de un "signo común" que representaba la solidaridad socialista, que se utiliza en esos tiempos. Hoy en día, podemos apreciar una versión pictórica del "Beso Fraternal" en la parte oriental de los restos del muro de Berlín, pintado por Dimitri Vrubel tras la caída. Mirándolo detenidamente, uno puede ver que este beso es de tragedia griega, un beso de los que ahogan, de esos en los que los amantes se comprometen demasiado el uno al otro, pese a saber que no hay ningún futuro en la relación envenenada. Y es que la obra se llama realmente "El Beso de la Muerte", y debajo del dibujo puede leerse el lema "Dios, ayúdame a sobrevivir a este amor letal".
Durante la Guerra Fría, los Estados Unidos defendieron y mostraron el "American way of life"enviando al extranjero como embajadores a algunos de sus más celebre músicos de jazz. Así, artístas de la talla de Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie o Dave Brubeck visitaron países tan éxoticos en esa época como Siria, Jordania, Afganistán, Irak, Japón, Singapur, Corea del Sur y Hong Kong. Como parte de estos viajes de diplomacia cultural, el gran trompetista Louis Armstrong visitó a Egipto en 1961, donde se tomó esta icónica foto en la que tocaba la trompeta para su esposa, Lucille, al pie de la Gran Esfinge de Guiza y las Pirámides en Egipto.

The story indirectly reflects the real life of the characters.Bradley Cooper has problems with drugs and alcohol at the begining of his career.He confesed that several times he tried to kill himself.It Is exactly the same that happened to jack in the film.In the other side also reflects part of the Gaga's life. Showing her musical trayectory of how she was rejected in record label and her fear of showing how she was without makeup.As it happens in the movie she suffered the same in the real life.

When Lady Gaga was auditioned for the lead role she had to sang "La vie en Rose" sing which appear at the begining of the film.According to him there was an inmmediate connection which made him select her for the role,by telling her the first thing bradley did was to go and get a makeupremover and ask her to take off all of her makeup because he want to see her face really like she was.Lady Gaga has to change 2 weeks before her hair to her natural colour and stop using makeup just to get the role.
When Lady Gaga was about to sing the last song of the film her manager called her telling her that a friend of her childhood had just died and she inmedietly had to leave the plate.The next day Bradley proposed her to cancel the song because of her state of mind .She did not acept and she finally sing the song was dedicated to her departed friend.Being the last song one of the best and one of the most heard in the film. 17

LA LA LAND La La Land is one of the most popular musical films in recent times. It tells the story of aspiring actress Mia and jazz musician Sebastian, who struggle to earn a living while following their dreams in modern city of Los Angeles. It tells us about everyday life and once-in-a-lifetime love and is inspired in classical musical movies. This film was nominated for the 2018 Oscar Awards in 14 categories, and finally got 6 of these prizes (Best directing, Best actress in a leading role for Emma Stone, Best cinematography, Best production design, Best original score and Best original song for “City of Stars”). But this film is famous not only because of its beautiful music and songs (composed by Justin Hurwitz), but also because of a great mistake happened during the Oscars ceremony: it was announced as the film awarded with the Oscar to the Best Picture...but it was not true! It was a confusion with the cards written to be read by the presenters: actress Faye Dunaway was given the wrong card, and read “La la land”, when the right title of the film awarded with the Oscar was “Moonlight”. “La la land” producer, Jordan Horowitz, was already on stage, and had to cut his acceptance speech and inform the audience which film had actually won that category.

This marvellous film was written and directed by Damien Chazelle, but it took him nearly ten years to be able to make it possible, because he could not get the money to begin with his project. For the leading roles he chose Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, who learned to sing and dance for this film. Moreover, Ryan Gosling spent 2 hours a day, 6 days a week in piano lessons, learning the music by heart. So by the time filming had begun, he was able to play all the piano sequences seen in the film without the use of a hand double! Another important actor in the film, John Legend, who plays the role of Keith, a guitarist and old friend of Sebastian’s, who invites him to play keyboards in his successful band, also learned to play guitar for his role (he is a good pianist in real life!).

Emma Stone performed the song “Audition (The Fools Who Dream”) live. She herself decided when to change from speaking to singing. Justin Hurwitz, the song’s composer, was in another room playing piano in her ear, so that she could have more control of the scene.
The audition scene, where the casting director interrupts Mia’s emotional perform to take a phone call, was actually inspired by one of Ryan Gosling’s auditions in real life. The starring couple could have been different: the actress Emma Watson rejected the role of Mia because she was acting in “Beauty and the Beast”, so Emma Stone took the role...and won an Oscar. And Ryan Gosling had been offered the role of the Beast in that film, but he rejected it to appear in La la Land.
The fascinating opening scene of the film, with a choreography on the song “Another day of sun”, is really spectacular. It is 6 minutes long, and although it seems to have no cuts, in fact it was shot in 2 days, and it has 2 cuts. It was shot in 105 and 110 freeways in Los Angeles.

Es un deporte nacido en Japón , que consiste en realizar una guerra de bolas de nieve en la que participan 7 jugadores.
Puede que este sea, definitivamente, nuestro favorito de la lista. Inventado por los oficiales británicos en Kuala Lumpur, los competidores recorren distancias variables y van parando en distintos puntos para beber alcohol. El tema es que en cada uno de esos avituallamientos tienen que elegir entre varias rutas y solo una te lleva hasta el final. ¿La meta? Un bar, por supuesto.
Los bomberos tienen un lugar muy destacado e importante en la sociedad, mantenerse en forma es la base de su trabajo. Para seguir haciéndolo nació un deporte 'raro' llamado ladder racing, cuya competición es sencilla: subir por una escalera (de ahí el nombre). Se debe hacer cada vez más rápido y comenzar a una distancia prudencial, pero es una auténtica disciplina de competición en Estados Unidos, se observa ya el pique entre los parques de bomberos. Mientras la competencia sea sana, bienvenida sea.
