YEAR-TO-YEAR TEAM RECORD
FOOTBALL FANS... Welcome to Yellowjacket Football! As RCTC’s President, I am eager to see what this season holds for our student-athletes, both on and off the field. RCTC has a reputation for striving to maintain an outstanding athletic program, including setting examples of good sportsmanship, and providing personal growth opportunities for our student-athletes through both academic performance and team experiences. This is accomplished by living our values of being learner-centered, valuing excellence, respect, teamwork, innovation, and, along the way, having a little fun. In addition to our athletic programs, our student-athletes may choose from a variety of other student life activities to assist them in developing their leadership and other life skills. We encourage you to check out what opportunities await you at RCTC by going to www.rctc.edu. You’ll be amazed at what you’ll find. Because of the continued risks around the spread of COVID-19, protocols have been put in place and we ask all students and visitors to the College to adhere to those guidelines posted on our website at www.rctc.edu/coronavirus.
GO YELLOWJACKETS!

STUDENT LIFE PROGRAM AT RCTC RCTC is large enough to be able to provide countless opportunities for students to take their college experience beyond the traditional classroom. But RCTC is small enough for students to immediately engage and become actively involved. With performing arts, sports and fitness, student clubs and organizations, RCTC provides students with many opportunities to be active on campus. For information on current student life programs, visit us online at: www.rctc.edu/studentlife

Affirmative Action: It is RCTC’s policy that no person shall be discriminated against in the terms and conditions of employment, personnel practices, and access to or participation in, programs, services, and activities with regard to race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, status with regards to public assistance, sexual orientation, or membership or activity in a local commission as defined by law. Affirmative action issues are handled by the Human Resources Office at 507-285-7183. Title IX Statement: It is the policy of Rochester Community and Technical College not to discriminate on the basis of race, creed, national or ethnic origin, age, marital status, sex or handicap as required by Title IX of the 1972 Educational Amendments or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as applied in admissions policies, educational programs, activities and employment practices. The Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities and Title IX Coordinator can be reached at 507-285-7195. The designated coordinator for compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is the Disabilities Director and can be reached at 507-280-2968. OCR Corrective Actions: Lack of English skills should not be a barrier to admission or participation. In order to eliminate barriers we take appropriate measures to assess each student’s ability to participate and benefit through placement testing and counseling. Based on the assessment and counseling, students are then provided with campus services or a referral to community services to be better prepared for successful participation.
