2021 RCTC COMMENCEMENT ACTIVITIES We will not be able to meet in the Sports Center for Commencement this year, but we still want to celebrate your success with you! Here’s the plan! RCTC has partnered with Herff Jones – in collaboration with technology partners StageClip and MarchingOrder – to offer a virtual commencement ceremony to recognize this year’s graduates. Be on the lookout for an email from StageClip/MarchingOrder about how you and your family can participate in our virtual commencement ceremony. Emails will be sent to those graduates who RSVP’d by April 1. You will be asked to provide the following information to Herff Jones: • Full Name • Graduate Photo • What is your favorite memory of RCTC? Each submitted graduate’s photo and information will be shared in a Commencement video on May 13, 2021. More information will be coming on how to stream your ceremony. After the ceremony on May 13, you will be provided a link to a brief video clip which you can post to social media using #RCTCgraduation21 or keep to remember your graduation.
