Lastly, I have created more visualisations to create more definition of the spaces and their uses; somthing which was absent in the final crit.

All design projects - Section Alley, Civic Centred, Foyer Project, Terraced House All non design projects - Tech CW, Place of Houses, Environmental CW, Fire Escape and Access for All

Stage 2 was a year of compounding and experimentation for me, where I built on the important things I learnt in first year while exploring new ways of designing and respresenting. I was still very much stuck to hand drawing however, as I had been encouraged to continue down that route, but later in the year began exploring with Photoshop and CAD. I did also use Sketchup extesively for all projects to get a good idea of how the structures would come together so I could draw them easier when it came to doing plans and sections and visualisations, that is something which Sketchup models are very useful for. All in all it was enjoyable year for me and went a long way to setting me up for the onslaught of third year.
