A meditation on 1. Breathe in and while breathing in visualize a silver light rise from the base of the spine and touch the top of the head. The light is of the energy of Krishna. 2. Visualize the light merge with the physical body 2
3. Say OM in the breath that travels out through the mouth as you breathe out. AS OOOOOOO…. MMMMMMM…. 4. As you say OM have that vibration of OM be established in your life within, the essence of the body the essence of the organs, the prana, 3
AND THUS THE ENTIRE BODY, let it vibrate in that OOOO..MMMM.. 5. Repeat the above.
4
During the meditation, let the focus be on silver that forms inside. The silver yokes the body to the Absolute. The milk of the Brahman fills up the body. That which the attention is on, evolves in the attention. So have the attention be on the evolving white, the formative of the new body. The prana, the essence of the body is set into vibration in OM. It is absorbed into the vibrationless, beyond the 5
vibration generated universe, the milk that appears inside.
6
As you breathe in, visualize the silver from the Absolute rise, fix it at the crown space, hold the breath for an instant, have the milk of the Brahman fill the body, breathe out vocalizing OOOO..MMM.. settings the essence of the body and the organs to vibration in it. Hold the breath for an instant and breathe in again.
7
The Silver rises from the pelvic space, along the spinal, to the crown. It is fixed slightly above the crown, the abode of the Ishwara.

Understanding
9
Om is the word of the primordial one.
10
Meditating on it, repeating it, its deeper sense is understood.
11
THE FIRE OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE BODY IS SET TO FLAME, BY THE SYLLABLE OM
12
Just as wood is set to fire by rubbing it with wood, apply to the body, through meditation, the syllable om, awakening the fire of wisdom inside.
13
The Essence of Vedas, the focus of ancient austerities, Om is that word. The All Pervading in a single word, and who understands this, understands the Vedas.
14
Om is the initial vibration that forms the appeared universe
15
Om is the dissolution of the appeared universe.
16
All that is the present, the past and the future is Om.
17
That which is beyond the dance of time is Om.
18
The Om is Brahman. The Brahman is the Self.
19
All that exists is the Self.
20
Om, The Brahman, the Universal Self, has four aspects
21
Om, the Brahman, in an aspect is the perception of the world in the waking state
22
Om in another aspect is the dream state of consciousness.
23
Om, in yet another aspect, is the deep consciousness, as if a deepest sleep in which there is no desire for objects, nor does the one in that state dream of anything.
24
The deep consciousness is nothing but awareness undifferentiated, dissolved in bliss, experiencing bliss, the fountain of all understanding.
25
Deeper than the third state of deep consciousness, the fourth state of Om is experienced, the Ishvara, the Lord of all that is. The origin of all beings, and into whom all beings disappear.
26
All that exists is Om, in four aspects.
27
In worshipfulness of Ishwara, experienced in the deepest aspect of Om, the individual being forms itself.
28
Within the Brahman is that which forms the body anew, the milk of the Brahman. The body fills up with that milk, unions into It.
29
The Self, the Atman, is all that exists. The self has three aspects. The body, the individual self, the Universal Self.
30
The individual self unions with the Universal Self in Yoga.
31
The self is to be established in the Self.
32
Ishwara from whom is the Universal Self, transcends all this, is beyond the vibrations, and is the object of worship
33
In the syllable Om, is Ishwara worshipped.
34
Resorting to Ishwara, Krishna, in worshipfulness, one transcends the appeared universe.
