Please have session tickets ready to hand to the room monitor upon entry to the session room. If you made class changes or tickets are missing, please visit Registration on Level 5 for updated tickets.

BUSINESS CENTER The business center is located on Level 3 directly across from the Metro Café. It provides complete office services including: copying, printing, faxing, scanning, supplies, and shipping via FedEx, for items weighing less than 5 lbs. Workstations with a full suite of applications and internet access are available (fees apply). CHILD POLICY Children under the age of 18 require a name badge; however, exhibit hall admission will be waived. Children in strollers do not require badges. Due to space limitations, children under 18 are not allowed in conference sessions. No one under 18 is allowed in the exhibit halls during move-in or move-out. CONCESSIONS & DINING Concessions are available in the Lower Exhibit Hall during exhibit hall hours and the Metro Café, which is located on Level 3. CONFERENCE HANDOUTS If you have registered on-site, you can easily access the handout for the chosen session(s). Posted in the back of each conference room, you will find QR Code flyers. Download “QReader” app for free onto your smartphone or tablet. Scan the QR Code with your QR Reader and the handout will automatically download to your device. URL links are also provided on the flyer for access to the session handout.

LEAD RETRIEVAL SYSTEM All attendees have barcodes on their name badges which exhibitors can scan with a lead retrieval scanner. The barcode is an electronic version of your business card which exhibitors can scan to share follow-up information with you about their products and services.
