HOMEBUYER SERVICES Are you interested in homeownership, but don’t know where to begin? Does the home buying process seem intimidating? Our HUD certified Home Stretch classes teach participants how to prepare for homeownership, determine affordability, work with housing professionals, learn financial management and understand credit.
Participants who complete the 8 hour workshop receive a certificate that meets the education requirements needed to qualify for local affordable mortgages and down payment assistance. The class cost is $50 per household.
