From the Editor In Chief Bob Jayco

to his very public conversation around contemporary spiritual awareness.

Dear friends, A profound welcome to our third edition of Co-Creation Magazine. Once again, we are most delighted to be offering new and illuminating stories from leading global luminaries, such as Neale Donald Walsch, Bruce Lipton, and a special welcome to our Guest Editor Kurt Johnson, managing editor of Convergence Magazine. I also welcome all the other inspiring writers who have contributed to make this issue a potpourri of truly new and diverse range of topics. The theme for this issue is Health and Wellness. However, I had some inspiration to extend the conversation into Planetary Wellbeing as this topic is of concern to everyone, particularly as this planet is reflecting the harm we are doing to ourselves, because we are in separation from ourselves, the earth and Infinite Source Consciousness which is who we are. So, the message from Signals Of Love (SOL) is about Planetary Wellbeing and the Collective Consciousness, or, more correctly, the Collective Unconsciousness.

I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the support, effort and hard work of the publishing team, the contributors, and my own personal team in getting this magazine together. In closing, I must acknowledge SOL (Signals Of Love), for co-creating the many connections with wonderful individuals and groups all over the planet who are also on similar journeys. I am profoundly grateful for the love that is SOL, and I look forward to revealing SOL (Signals of Love) in global video transmissions, very shortly. Please enjoy the magazine, and if you are inspired by the stories, tell your friends, colleagues and groups, share us on social media and don’t forget to subscribe if you already haven’t, so you can receive the next edition into your mailbox - it will be on Awareness & Consciousness. Love yourselves, because all of humanity is YOU. There is only ONE consciousness

An Interview Series with Neale Donald Walsch Part One

JIM CARREY: IS ANY THING REAL? R

ight now, Jim Carrey is at peace. Sitting on the set of Kidding, he’s over the moon with where he’s at in life and may have figured out the only way to lead a truly happy and truthful existence. When IndieWire spoke to Carrey for an article titled, Jim Carrey on ‘Kidding,’ Cartoons, and Building a ‘Life Raft’ for People in Pain about his Showtime series, Kidding, he revealed how happy he is to be alive and his theory on eternally staying that way.

“I never stop. I literally never stop,” Carrey told IndieWire about his art. “I’m in a constant state of creating, always. It didn’t used to be that way, but it’s become more that way. One side of my living room is paintings and canvases and pens and paintbrushes and smocks and whatever. The other side is cartoons and computers. And in the middle is me running around talking to myself and doing characters. It’s just, I love it so much. I’m literally in love with it.” “Now, it’s just a matter of acknowledging that feeling, without worrying it’s

inevitably going to end. That may be the only way to lead a happy, truthful life.” It wasn’t too long ago that Carrey caused a stir with what many headlines were calling a breakdown, but was, in fact, Carrey’s acknowledgment of the illusory nature of the ego—the fleeting and elusive quality of having a conceptualized sense of self. The public rarely knows what to make of celebrities stepping out of the spiritual closet. Some think of it as a publicity stunt or call it a cry for help. Or, is it a genuine attempt to convey some deeper truth after a near-lifetime enduring the illusions of fame? After Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Carrey was catapulted to international fame and suddenly a bona fide leading man. Follow-up hits like Dumb and Dumber, The Cable Guy, Liar Liar, The Truman Show and Bruce Almighty kept him firmly in the spotlight. In his

interview for Why Jim Carrey Turned His Back On Hollywood for news.com.au, he described fame as having a “weightlessness to it.” He added that once it was achieved, “it’s really not a place that’s very comfortable for very long.” Knowing that now, it makes Carrey’s slow retreat from the public eye a few years back a little less surprising. According to the star — and in a stark departure from the norm — Hollywood didn’t tire of him, he simply grew tired of Hollywood. He decided that he didn’t like what was happening and with corporations taking over so much of the industry, he began to lose his passion for being a part of it. He became immersed in other creative outlets instead and painting was a place to feel some control. Not having a committee getting in the way, telling him what it needs to look like, was a more

attractive place for Carrey to dwell for a while. He shared with The Talks in an interview called Jim Carrey: There Is No Me, that he has certainly experienced an awakening throughout his career. “Everything has been touched by that. Everything I am doing creatively right now seems to point to the awareness of a lack of self. What are we? Why are we here? And the answer to both of those questions is: nothing, no reason, as far as I am concerned. It’s just about playing with form,” he said. He shared how he got to a place where he had everything he imagined people could possibly want in life and realised he was still unhappy. It came as a shock to Carrey that having it all didn’t bring him happiness, and then came the awakening. “My gosh, it’s not about this,” he realised. “It pushed me towards the realization that there is no individual here. There are only energies.” Carrey discussed with The Talks further about his experience coming to the realization that we are not real, that we are simply energies. “They’re me talking to me — whatever they are, no matter how bad they are. I have gone through some really tough times in the last few years and I would not wish them on anybody, but my God, my understanding of life and what is real and what is not real, has expanded exponentially because of that.”

“Understanding suffering is the way to salvation because once you understand it, you have compassion, and the next thing you know, you are free. So what happened after that realisation was essentially a very desperate and good energy of wanting to be loved and wanting to love and wanting to create and be admired,” Carrey said. “If you want to talk scientifically, break it down to a cluster of tetrahedrons that somehow believe they are acting. But they’re ideas — just ideas’” he told The Talk. “Jim Carrey was an idea my parents gave me. Irish-Scottish-French was an idea I was given. Canadian was an idea that I was given. I had a hockey team and a religion and all of these things that cobble together into this kind of Frankenstein monster, this representation. It’s like an avatar. These are all the things I am. You are not an actor, or a lawyer. No one is a lawyer. There are lawyers, law is practiced, but no one is a lawyer. There is no one, in fact, there.” Far from the norm in Hollywood, Jim Carrey’s beliefs about our deeper consciousness have opened up the discussion about what is real to the mainstream public, which begs the question, is anything here on earth real? “You know, I think you pretty much play your part as best as you can — but no, I don’t believe this is real,” Carrey said.

Finding Your

An Interview Series With Neale Donald Walsch Part Two

I

n the previous edition of Co-Creation Magazine, we began our interview series with bestselling author and well-known spiritual messenger Neale Donald Walsch. In this second part of the series, we chat with Neale about the idea of power and reality. We look at how we can all see our realities more clearly, and better understand what it is that we can and can’t control in our lives. Neale, what do you think are some of the biggest misconceptions people have around their own power? As I observe it, there is a huge misconception about a human being’s power. First, a great many people—

particularly people in what has been labeled the New Thought Community—have an idea that they create their own reality...meaning they manifest the exterior circumstances and conditions in their life. The truth is, the idea that you create your own reality is a fiction. You choose your own reality, but you do not create it. This is because (if my understanding of Conversations with God is correct), everything that ever was, is now, and ever will be, “is” now. All of Existence is Present Always in the Space/Time Continuum. What we are doing, is choosing from the already existing outcomes and events, even as we might do in a computer chess game, in which every move has already been made

co-creationmagazine.com

11

and the computer is merely waiting for you to choose which of the preprogrammed moves you choose. There is much more to say on this subject, obviously, but for the purposes of this interview I need to keep my answer short. Do you think our “power” is affected by other people, and their realities? According to my understanding, it is also true that we do not “choose” our own reality unilaterally. That is, the conditions, situations, events, and circumstances of our lives are

being collectively chosen by the lot of us. Everything occurring is a circumstance or condition arising out of a collaboration. Believing that you singularly chose what is now going on in your life, or what has happened in your past, has done more to induce self-recrimination, self-anger, self-frustration, and what I call “New Age Guilt,” than any other single idea I have come across in what has been called New Thought Spirituality. In my understanding, what is true is that you are personally and individually choosing your response to what is

co-creationmagazine.com

12

happening right now in your life. You are the sole author of your reaction to the conditions, situations, events, and circumstances in your life. But you did not unilaterally produce those conditions, situations, events, and circumstances.

If you’d like to wrap your head around this further, or explain it to others, one example of how this occurs is described in the children’s book The Little Soul and the Sun. The book demonstrates this effect in terms that everyone can relate to, and that children can understand.

Conversations with God has made it clear to me that we live in an incredibly complex and sophisticated matrix, within which everything that is decided, chosen, undertaken and occurring is part of a collaborative process of collective choice, individually experienced, but not individually generated. Based on this understanding, how do you suggest people change their perception of reality and their particular experiences? It would be most beneficial if we were taught that our “exterior” experience is being chosen collectively by the lot of us. Nothing—not a single thing in your life—has been, or can be, produced by you and you alone. Everything that you’re experiencing has been collaboratively chosen with another. In most cases, with several others. In a few cases, with many others. You would be hard-pressed to come up with a single event, experience, circumstance, or situation in your life in which no other person has played a role.

CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION:

Thriving into the Future —Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D. © 2019— uman civilization is at an evolutionary crossroads where unsustainable human behavior is precipitating the planet's 6th Mass Extinction Event. Five times in Earth’s history, life was thriving when some event precipitated a wave of extinction, eliminating 70 to 90 percent of all plant and animal species. The last mass extinction event, 66 million years ago, noted for wiping out the dinosaurs, was apparently due to a massive asteroid impact in Mexico that upended the global web of life.

theory. Since the 1900s, neo-Darwinian theory, with its emphasis on the "survival of the fittest in the struggle for life” and on genetic mechanisms as the metric determining species survival, has shaped the behavioral character of civilization by giving scientific legitimacy to the use of power, greed, and violence to "advance" civilization. However, new insights from epigenetic science and the results of the Human Genome Project have completely undermined basic tenets of Darwinian theory.

Today's severe environmental imbalance is, in large part, attributable to the cultural consequences of Darwinian evolution

Epigenetics recognizes that the environment, and more importantly, our perception of the environment, controls genetic activity

Life did not take over the globe by combat, but by networking. and behavior and thus shifts the focus of evolutionary theory to the role of the nervous system and consciousness. The Darwinian notion of the survival of the fittest is giving way to a more scientifically accurate, as well as, more positive theory of evolution, one that emphasizes the role of cooperation, interaction, and mutual dependence among all life forms. In the words of Lynn Margulis, “Life did not take over the globe by combat, but by networking.” Today’s world crises are precipitating a major evolutionary upheaval that will profoundly alter the fate of human civilization. The chaos produced by global crises, which are symptoms of our unsustainability, is destabilizing the structure of civilization and its institutions. While the current system is collapsing, new insights, understanding, and visions offered by human “imaginal cells,” cultural creatives from every field of human endeavor, are pointing the way to reorganize human civilization so we may thrive into the future. The theory of conscious evolution offered by Lamarck provides the blueprint for a more enlightened future as does our new understanding of cell evolution. Analysis of the development of the cell membrane, as the primal nervous system, has revealed a heretofore-unobserved

repetitive pattern of evolution with two phases (see figure below): Phase 1, starts with the origin of a new organism and proceeds to create the most conscious version of that organism. This phase ends when physical limitations prevent further enhancement of the organism’s nervous system. Phase 2 advances evolution by increasing consciousness through the assembly of individual organisms into cooperative information-sharing communities. Interestingly, a similar expression occurred when a single evolved Texas Instruments chip was subsequently interconnected within a “community” of chips, the result … a computer. The second phase of evolution ends when the most conscious version of communal organization transforms into a new organism. The presence of a new organism initiates a repeat of Phase 1, but this time expressing a higher level of consciousness (evolution). This image above shows the former scheme of Darwinian evolution as a slow linear progression. This theory has been profoundly challenged by the new science of epigenetics and the results of the Human Genome Project. A 2-phase evolution flowchart, illustrated in the lower right corner of this figure, suggests a 3-step progression in a new evolution theory: prokaryote to eukaryote; eukaryote to human being, and cycle 3 which we are near completing, human being to humanity. Civilization can get to that higher level of evolution but only if we change our rapacious ways. The potential positive future for our species is analogous to the metamorphosis of a butterfly. A caterpillar’s

co-creationmagazine.com

15

body is comprised of several billion cells. In the body of the growing caterpillar, the economy is booming and the cellular community is actively employed. The voracious appetite of this organism leads to their devouring the leaves of the plant on which they are living. Caterpillar growth slows and eventually comes to an end as the available resources are consumed. Within the pupa, the caterpillar cells are out of work and their highly structured community begins to fall apart. Specialized imaginal cells within the ensuing chaos provide organizing information and direction to create a different, more sustainable future. Metamorphosis is complete when the non-sustainable caterpillar civilization transforms into the ecologically sensitive butterfly civilization. The parallels are clear. In behaving as a caterpillar, human civilization’s voracious appetite to grow and consume

has undermined the environment and precipitated the 6th mass extinction of life. The global crises we face today are Nature’s wake-up call for humans to realize that civilization needs to undergo a “metamorphosis,” — the current environmentally destructive “caterpillar” version of civilization must transform into a “new” sustainable organism, Humanity. The looming fall of civilization as we know it is a necessity; we simply cannot build a future for humans to thrive on the unsustainable foundation supporting today’s world. But it is also important to note that not all caterpillars survive the metamorphosis into butterflies. Will human civilization survive its “metamorphosis?” At the moment, civilization is balanced on the knife-edge of extinction or conscious evolution. Our uncertain future is dependent on the actions we engage in today.

elcome, my dear physical friends.

We wish to do a small transmission on the relationship between humanity as a collective, and the effects of its actions and behaviors on the planet, as well as the unforeseen consequences of the health and wellbeing of you, as individuals. The planet and your physical bodies are physically linked. You could say that you are birthed and evolved from the primal substance that the planet is made of. Therefore, you are totally connected to every substance,

gene, DNA, and organism on this planet, as a part of who you are and your experience. You are indeed a co-creator of any and every experience you cocreate in your life experience, whilst in physical form on this planet. Your flesh is made from the same substance as the earth; your bones contain the same compounds found on the earth. The water in the body and blood, is similar to the composition of the sea, the bacteria in your gut is identical to the bacteria in the soil… and so on... You get the picture. As a species you have evolved technologically, but in the process you have become further separated from your connection to the planet, as your home, your provider, and a living intelligent system, whose role is to give you the resources to live a fruitful and abundant life. Ignorance, lack of understanding, and separation from the Source Consciousness that you are, have brought you to a place where you simply do not understand what you are doing to yourselves and every other species on the planet , based on ignorance, lack and fear. As you pollute the air, land and water, you pollute your bodies, leading to the emergence of new diseases, or the extension of existing ones based on changes in the climate. You co-create… as an unconscious

collective, all of the personal and global experiences, so that you can begin to see that you are indeed those that are creating the co-destruction of your own home. Dearest friends, right now this is all you have. Wake Up. Wake up for your children, wake up for the other species and diversity of nature, that bring balance to your planet. Wake up and look at the possible futures you may co-create if you change or if you do not. Wake up to the infinite possibilities of living as you should... and were always meant to….. As extensions of source energy cocreating a physical experience, you are here to use free will and choose all your experiences either consciously or unconsciously. There are no rules... Mankind can find its way back to Source, or it can continue on the current trajectory and experience the consequences of those actions. You were given the power to co-create or co-destruct - which do you choose? We transmit this message in love for you all as the children of the infinite consciousness; we are here to deliver messages that enable you to remember who you are. WAKE UP! Love and Blessings, SOL

PL ANETARY HEALTH

Assured By A Universal Humanity BY STEPHEN DYNAKO

W

hen I was in grade school, the popular mantra about nutrition was: “You are what you eat.” The point, of course, was that one’s body was ultimately made up of whatever component parts (i.e., vitamins and minerals, etc.) of the food the person ingested. As a kid, this was an abstract concept to me. I couldn’t really wrap my head around the idea that if I ate

a carrot, I was a carrot. Though I have the understanding of this concept as an adult, this is hardly sufficient if we are to understand our embodied selves literally from a universal perspective. Carl Sagan famously said in 1980 that: “The cosmos is also within us, we’re made of star stuff.” The elements that make up the Earth as well as these “earth suits” (i.e., bodies), which we inhabit, are from and of the universe. Expanding on this point, Barbara Marx Hubbard believed that our DNA is encoded with the pattern of evolution. Thus, human beings are not

co-creationmagazine.com

19

just materially sourced from the universe, we are endowed with the intelligence of it. As literal earthlings we exist on this planet, which supports life as we now experience it. Our bodies’ foremost physical requirement is oxygen; without it, we will die in a matter of minutes. Our next physical requirement is for water; without it, we will die within days. Then our next physical requirement is for food; without it, we will die within weeks. As well, we thrive mentally and emotionally in relationship with other human beings. Oneness, then, is more than a spiritual concept. It is a biological truth that we are all interrelated, interconnected, and interdependent with one another and with all life on the Earth. With this holistic understanding of oneness, it’s not a far stretch to conclude

that the more we compromise our air, water, and food by polluting it; and the more we dismiss the necessity of healthy human relationships in the name of progress or profit, the more quickly we are compromising the Earth’s health as well as our own. Human well-being is directly connected to the Earth and to humanity’s well-being. It is impossible, even insane, to separate these. Barbara Marx Hubbard famously asked President Eisenhower in the wake of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II: “What is the meaning of all our technological power that is good?” To her amazement, even distress, he could only answer “I don’t know.” This was the personal turning point that set Barbara on her quest to find, encourage, and publicize those innovations that contributed to answering her question in the affirmative.

co-creationmagazine.com cocreationmagazine.com

20

Returning to the notion of “you are what you eat” (or ingest), our bodies’ lungs will become polluted if the air is polluted; our blood, lymph and other fluids will become polluted if the water is polluted; our stomachs, muscles, bones and tissues will become polluted if the food is polluted. The Earth is a divinely-designed and finely-tuned ecosystem. Because we are of the Earth and indeed we are what we eat, our bodies are individual expressions of the same ecosystem. The power of human intelligence, innovation, and technology that is developed and applied in the interest of short-term gain has been detrimental to our continued existence on Earth. As Barbara and many others have put it, humanity has reached the “choice point” or the “tipping point.” We have created a crisis that nevertheless presents us with an opportunity. Barbara believed that our crisis is – or at the very least can be – a birth of a new humanity, literally a new species that she called homo universalis, a universal humanity.

sapiens have obsessed for centuries over the acquisition of junk – the creation, binging and hoarding of the material. We have lived under the illusion that the more junk we have, the better off and more secure we will be. Instead we have compromised our planetary environment by producing and disposing of all this junk, just as we have compromised our human bodies and our minds in the consumption of all this junk. Yet, both the hope and the choice are more present than ever that the ECOcentric homo universalis will consciously detoxify the Earth, as well as our bodies. It is our choice to emerge as a universal humanity, which will provide the affirmative answer to Barbara’s question from all those years ago: “What is the meaning of all of our technological power that is good?” It means we not only survive but we thrive and we evolve, according to the pattern of evolution as it’s encoded in the universe.

We can only become homo universalis through conscious evolution. That is, we have a choice to use our intelligence and our power for the absolute and altruistic good. Planetary health can only be assured and renewed through a social potential movement, which recognizes the exponential power of “WE” above and beyond the limited individual power of “me.” Author and economist David Korten calls this the shift from being egocentric to ecocentric.

Finding Our Bottom Lines Kurt Johnson

T

he amazing nondual poet Wallace Stevens (Pulitzer Prize 1955) said, among many other things, “It was in this and in this only that he was at the bottom of things, and of himself—where he could say ‘of this I am; this is the Patriarch; this is what answers when I ask’”. It’s a pleasure to be able to write a short piece for another magazine. With one’s own (for me, two: The Convergence and Light on Light magazines, from the Interspiritual Network and UNITY EARTH, both on the issuu.com digital platform) one sometimes feels one has to be more conservative or tight-lipped, since one is “at the helm” (or so one may think!). Here I feel I’m invited to “let loose” a little. It’s Bob’s “global well-being” theme that I want to speak to.

Following “fair journalism” rules I’ve felt free to randomly quote (from memory) short phrases from various poets, often spacing the quotes in ways that best fit this piece. I felt I should mention that informality here.

All of us, especially those with a lot of miles under our belts, often considered the “fantasia” that Stevens wrote of—that universal tension/ interplay (or Yin-Yang) between our deepest knowing (and the Peace it brings) and our Heart’s moving, naturally, toward the sufferings of others

co-creationmagazine.com

22

and, feeling that, being moved to work for healing and constructive change. Every spiritual leader, author, or activist I speak to, speaks of this, speaks of this “tension” in their Hearts and the existential fact that it is always at play—or always comes back to play. Why do people in the greatest Peace also feel the greatest need to serve, to be of help? There is another thing that many of these “greats” say to me. When I ask them, with their advanced mileage, what their spiritual practice is, they whisper (as if it might be heresy!) “time alone in nature”. It is easy to see the “why” of this. Nature, the natural, is “just what it is”—breezes, bouncing leaves, trickling water, snowflakes falling, bird and insect sounds. Here, as Stevens again said, one sees “nothing that is not there, and the nothing that is”. He said it is “to be complete, in an unexplained completion.” He’s a great poet to discover in the realm of “bottom lines”.

bare place” (the Dharma!). So, it’s that interplay, and the existential fact of it, that I wanted to mention here because I am sure it is a touchstone for all of us. Of this, the poet William Stafford (National Book Award 1963, USA Poet Laureate 1970; who was actually also an old friend]), said “it is important that people know this recognition.” In this short piece I want to recognize, and share a reciprocity with, all those who feel this “tension” or “play” (this tension in the Heart) and who move from it to love and serve, often not knowing “why.” Stevens said it is “the Maker’s rage to order the words of the sea” and the “words of our Selves and of our origins”. And, of the “why” he simply said, poignantly, “tell me - if you know”. www.unity.earth

I think it is the tension in the Heart, actually the “hurt” in the Heart that many of us often talk about. The Heart sees kindness and well-being as such simple, self-evident things. And, in a world with so much suffering, we all come to our own ways to process this, to remain as the poet Allen Ginsberg said, “sane and intact”. It’s part of a great forbearance that comes from, among other things, spiritual practice. Of that, Stevens said “one must be cold a long time not to read any misery into that cold…..”. He also said that that “cold” “is a part of the same wind, blowing in that same

THE YEAR HUMANS S TA R T M A K I N G SENSE OF THE WORLD Using Our Human Intelligence, Not Artificial — By Troy Wiley —

A

t a critical time when we need to start making better sense of what’s really going on in the world around us (intelligence), and thus make better decisions (choices), both our “sensemaking” and “choice-making” abilities are greatly diminished because our entire economic and political systems perversely incentivize disinformation and the wrong values. At this critical juncture in our collective path, we need to choose now if we want to start making sense of our world and make the best decisions for humanity going forward, or do we want to focus on monetizing and transactionalizing all aspects of life and the planet? Do we want a sustainable earth and restored human values of beauty, truth and goodness? Or do we want infinite economic growth, more

and more profits and a lot of value for shareholders?

A RIVALROUS WIN/LOSE GAME Our entire economic and political systems are based on rivalrous win/lose dynamics that, when coupled with exponentially increasing technology leads to selftermination. It boils down to this, unless and until we radically change our perverse incentive systems (making money and profits incentivizes disinformation and the wrong values) that will allow us to make better sense of the world, we will never be able to make the best choices for humanity. What our existing systems incentivizes is putting people, the planet, and all sentient life in service to the economy and governments, instead of the other way around.

AI AND PERVERSE INCENTIVES There are a lot of cultural fears and hype surrounding our rapidly approaching technological future, especially our fears of AI (Artificial Intelligence). A Paris Review article about AI succinctly points to some perverse incentives within our governance and economic systems that make it impossible to make good sense and good choices about the use of AI. It’s all about aligning our incentives with our values. Do you think it’s possible to ever have peace when we have a military industrial complex that is incentivized to profit off of war? Can we ever have a good healthcare system when profit incentivizes merely addressing symptoms with prescription drugs? Can we ever expect to see things the way we need to see them, in an objective, unbiased, rational way, when so many of our livelihoods, our

incomes, depend on us seeing things in a way that’s more about making money than making sense? Do you really think AI will be used for human betterment if it is based on the false incentivizes of making money, or does it just become more dangerous? The stark realization is this, our political and industrial leaders cannot and will not solve our problems because they are part of the dying monetary incentive system that is obsoleting itself.

MOVING BEYOND FEAR AND HYPE Instead of fearing that AI will be used to create some sort of corporate totalitarian state, let’s instead use AI in a way that puts human values, people, the planet, plants and animals at the core, and all the technology and economic and political

FLIPPING THE PARADIGM

systems are in service to that. This will change everything. Instead of the hype around the singularity where humans and robots merge, we will use AI in service to meeting all people’s basic needs around the world and healing the earth. After all, we have the resources, and the ability to do so when we shift to an “Open access economy” that is based on anti-rivalrous, win/win dynamics. Let’s begin imagining what is possible when we use our technologies in a way that gives us better sense-making and choice-making abilities in service to human and planetary wellbeing? We are developing what is being called AI² (Amalgamated Information and Intentions) which is a way to funnel in and amalgamate all of the knowledge and solutions from around the world, as well as the criteria that we can objectively agree on that will create a better world that everyone wants. We are also developing what we call a GPS (Global Problem Solving) model, where we can start transcending our outdated and inherently rivalrous, polarized political systems of “making” decisions by voting and debating. Rather, in a way similar to how your car’s navigation system gets you from point A to point B without voting or deciding on the best route, we can begin “arriving at” decisions that are objectively better for all humanity and the planet.

IMPOSSIBLE OR RADICALLY PRACTICAL?

technology and the wisdom to identify the necessary and sufficient criteria, or parameters, of a civilization that not only doesn’t go extinct, but thrives. If we lower our blinders and boundaries, while opening up to new possibilities, we can utilize our technologies, including AI, fully in service to humanity and all life to begin creating now — not in some distant future — that more beautiful world that works for everyone. But what will get us there is not linear change, but a recognition that we are in a phase change, an epochal shift to something entirely new, which is the next evolution for humanity.

Meegan Gibson:

Wellness For The Heart Centered Entrepreneur

N

othing in this life that could’ve prepared me for becoming a heart centered entrepreneur and business owner. Or, maybe my whole life has been preparing me. All the wins and losses, all the laughter and tears, all the heartbreaks and heart-filling moments maybe it was all happening so that building a business wouldn’t ever break me.

What if I’d listened to the people who laughed when I told them my dreams? Being a heart centered entrepreneur means you’re creative, you take care of your wellbeing, you sometimes have to readjust your dreams, but you ALWAYS find a way! What if I’d stopped when obstacles were presented, or things didn’t go as planned? There’s been so many times I’ve come home after something didn’t go as I thought it would, and lay on my bed and cried. For moments I’d question myself, my purpose, my ideas, my whole plan… and these moments taught me, we need to allow space for the release because after the breakdown comes the breakthrough. Then, you get back up, dust yourself off and go for it again.

The conscious, heart centered entrepreneur listens to their body and tunes into their breath. Your body and breath offer insights to where your mental and emotional states are at. These aspects determine whether or not we are happy, thriving and successful or down and depressed. Have self care rituals and practices that work for you: gratitude, journaling, yoga, meditation, time spent in nature are just some of my favorites! Release perfectionist tendencies as these tendencies can stop us from moving forward if we don’t release them. Accept that you’re not going to be perfect at anything the first time you try it (probably not your second or third either) … it’ll probably be messy, ugly, and a lot less than perfect than you wanted… but hey, you can only go up from there, right!

KNOW YOURSELF inside and out and your power will never get away from you.

Each moment surrendered, takes you deeper and deeper into yourself, testing your true grit, tenacity, and perseverance. You get to really see yourself, you get to reexamine your self care techniques over and over again, and you get stretched in unimaginable ways. You learn to hold on loosely because the tighter you hold on, the squirmier the thing you’re holding onto becomes - be it people, places, things, or ideas.

Building a business has taught me powerful lessons - HUGE life lessons, like the ones you learn from marriage, miscarriage, motherhood, divorce, death. ALL the beautiful, challenging things that make us who we are.

Be willing to unplug and know what restores you…We too are like the mighty oak, with periods of growth and rest. We are like the tides, we ebb and flow, we are also like the phases of the moon, each phase presenting something different. Remember that what you experience will not last forever. It will change and a new version of yourself will be called for each changing phase. Trust that when you quiet yourself down and give yourself the proper care, the infinite wisdom available to you comes through you. Learn what practices and rituals fill your cup because we cannot pour from an empty one.

Learn to let go of what ‘was’ to make way for what ‘is’. Just as there are seasons in life, there will be many seasons in your business too. You will see what you did in year one doesn’t work the same in year 2 and 3 and so on. Learn to appreciate the times things worked and be creative and daring enough to try new things as your business and self-evolve. Be willing to admit that you don’t know everything and be strong enough to ask for help when needed. It’s very humbling to start a business. You begin to realize shortly in, how very little you know about life and the way it works. I remember my first meetings with bankers, accountants, financial advisors, insurance agents… the very language they used was intimidating. Things like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRA’s, 401K’s, liquid assets, A Share, C Share, LLC, INC, Income Tax, Sales Tax, can all be overwhelming. There were many meetings I made so many notes of words I needed to google when I got home. But first, I would cry. I would cry really hard. I would be frustrated with myself for not knowing and I would then, remember that it was all okay and I would forgive myself. For not yet knowing what I didn’t know, and then, you reach out for help. Mentors, advisors, coaches you go to any length to learn what it is you need to learn in order to grow.

it will be ok as long as YOU love you. What others think of you is none of your business. Speak to those who want to listen and keep it moving. There are so many lessons I’m continuing to learn as I grow in business and life. Life is hard for two reasons: because you’re leaving your comfort zone or because you’re staying in it. Don’t be afraid to be uncomfortable. Most importantly, enjoy the journey because it goes by in the blink of an eye and remember; anything is possible so don’t quit your daydreams and ALWAYS Follow Your Fun!

HEALING TRAUMA ACROSS TIMESPACE-DIMENSIONS —Sue Sexton—

I

f you’ve felt like this past year (or several) has invited you to look into the depths of your soul,

you are NOT alone. Each of us have experienced karmic looping for eons, playing out different variations of trauma dramas. We are being invited to clear this old energetic imprint from our layers of DNA, epigenetics, soul fragmentation/aspects,

and energetic fields. As we do this clearing we become aware of how deeply our soul has experienced creation, learning more about who we truly are as a fractal of creator source prime. Clearing trauma usually evokes a dark night of the soul type journey, which can be painful and lonely. I invite you to use these THREE tools and tips each day to aid you on your journey of clearing trauma in your field:

1 E NERGY CLEARING RITUAL Create a routine in the morning and evening, where you invoke the violet flame of transmutation to clear energy from your field that no longer serves you. Based on the Universal Law of Free Will, you just need to ask in order to receive: “I am igniting the Violet Flame of Transmutation to help clear energy in my field(s).”

2 D UMP & DREAM JOURNAL TECHNIQUE Have two separate journals, one designated towards “dumping” out the old energy and the other one is designated towards “dreaming” your new life. When you dump out the old, just allow yourself to write about what’s upsetting you. Allow yourself to feel the emotions as you dump. Then, when ready, begin to write the same sentence at least 9 times (more is better – up

We are so deeply capable of healing ourselves, we just need to decide to remember how. to 9x9 = 81 times) of what you dream for yourself: “I dream for overflowing abundance in all forms.” Allow yourself to feel in your body that your dream is already here, bring the essence of it being HERE & NOW.

3 D AILY MEDITATION PRACTICE Meditation is a game-changer for most who dedicate to building a new habit in their daily life. While you will notice that it is difficult to “shut the monkey brain off”, please know that meditation more about sitting with yourself than anything else. The longer you create space to listen to you (even the monkey brain), you learn about who you truly are. As I spent 1-hour each day sitting quietly, I was usually rewarded around the 30-45 minute mark with some type of epiphany, astral travel, past life memory, my guides downloading information I needed to know, or a benevolent being visiting me. Spending time with you pays off tremendously as you heal yourself across time-space-dimensions.

4 W HEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THE TEACHER ARRIVES Let’s face it, we all are “remembering” what our higher selves already know, yet we haven’t experienced ascension to 5D on Earth until now. Instead of remaining in pain, confused, overwhelmed, or repeating the same belief system loops in your life, please see the signs the Universe is delivering on who can support you. Allow yourself to receive help. There are many types of support options, so use discernment to find which fits for your current process and stage.

We are so deeply capable of healing ourselves, we just need to decide to remember how. As a part of our Earth’s Ascension process, whether your healing is conscious or remains unconscious will have a deep impact on the pace of returning to a quality-filled life vs. remaining in suffering. Not only will you heal more quickly, but you are also invited to explore the beauty of creation beyond this momentary limited human experience. I implore: explore who you truly are!

POWERFUL TECHNIQUES TO ENHANCE YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS — By Luci O’ McMonagle —

S

ometimes, the only thing you have is some faith and trust that things will somehow work out - especially when it comes to your health and wellness. For me, health and wellness was often something I’d taken for granted. In the past, I used to think health and wellness were a direct result of eating healthy, exercising, and having a regular type of spiritual practice that reduced stressors in my life. I was mistaken. There are other things that are rarely talked about.

Sometimes, we feel we have no control over our health or wellness and when an unexpected health crisis happens, we feel a sense of body betrayal. Instead, there can be a way to detect and prevent catastrophe health and wellness issues prior. This is not about the usual diet, exercise and stress reduction techniques you may have read about in the past. This is much easier. I used to think that if I ate the right foods, exercised, and reduced my stress, that

my health and wellness was a given. It never occurred to me, that not being fully present in my full body would mean trouble ahead. Your body will call out to you to come “home if your soul aspect is hiding in a tiny space inside your body, or somewhere outside of your body, by manifesting illness. I have discovered that when we are in our minds or in the spiritual astral realms too much, it can creates space for stress to slowly erode your health and wellness. In this article, I will give you some tips on preventing an unexpected difficulty. By taking these steps, you will be able to restore a natural balance within yourself that will help you not

only stay completely present in your point of power, but you will also start experiencing a deeper sense of inner peace, joy and have less drama in your life. If you have had trauma in your life, you may have also learned how to use logic to make sense of others actions and behaviors. You may have even learned to use the fight and flight response to abandon your body as much as possible. This can be true, especially if you are a survivor of childhood abuse or neglect. If you look at your body and notice areas that are hollowing inwards, be sure to pay careful attention to the steps I provide you on the following page.

I’ve worked on my mindset and taught it for years. Yet, it was not until I discovered that the seat of the soul rests between our first and second chakra, that I finally understood a near death experience I had earlier. Our soul rests cradled in the hip area and extends from there. Prior to this observation, I’d always thought my soul was somewhere outside of my body. My near- death experience changed the way I thought about health and wellness. It also changed the entire direction of my life and set me free to help others bring their soul home.

heart, your intellect and emotions. Ask this agreement to cement these things together, so that you are no longer beside yourself with indecision. This action may take a few times for it to anchor, or it can take well over twenty or thirty times of practice. This results in better health and wellness. You will start to experience peace, happiness, and joy. Others will start to respond to you in a more positive way too, everyday stress will be easier to manage and your health and wellness will be easier to maintain.

The first step is to choose better health and wellness. Then start with anchoring your soul self into your body. You do this by imagining you can breathe in the light of your soul into your body. Breathe in deeply and imagine your soul light going all the way down to your toes. Breathe your soul light into every cell of your body and have the seat of your soul cradled in your hip area. Breathe deeply and ask your soul to be anchored inside your body until it’s time to leave for good. Make an agreement that you will no longer allow your soul self to abandon your body. Then practice this easy technique often. The second step is to get an agreement between your mind and heart, your intellect and your emotions. A simple technique I discovered, is to breathe deeply into your toes three to four times, as I mentioned in step one. Become centered into your body and then place one hand on your heart and your other hand on your forehead while asking for an agreement between your mind and
