OUR STORY
In 1989, our founder & president Gary Robie was a regular at his local gym, trying to stay in shape for weekends spent rock climbing. His club didn’t offer razors and Gary learned from the manager that he wanted to offer them but had no way to control his inventory or costs.
JUMPING ON OPPORTUNITY
Sensing an opportunity, Gary began tinkering in his garage and after a few months, developed the ReadyRazor Dispenser. He sold the first unit to his club and then began going door-to-door to other clubs.
From the start, Gary was laser-focused on product quality and delivering customer service that was beyond expectations. Soon, ReadyRazor’s reputation began to travel and the company took off. When customers started asking Gary about other locker room essentials, he expanded his product offering and continued to grow.
FROM SINGLE PRODUCT TO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Many things have changed since our humble beginning. We’ve changed our name from ReadyRazor to ReadyCare to better support our expanded product offering, and Gary’s garage has been replaced by an 80,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Denver that supports 13 brands and over 3,000 products.
Our customer base has also expanded from a few dozen local health clubs to thousands of hotels, spas, health clubs & golf clubs around the world. In fact, ReadyCare now works with customers in over 40 countries and our positive customer testimonials are proof that we’re viewed as a valuable partner in helping properties deliver a better member & guest experience.

PRIVATE LABEL GREEN PRACTICES
Packaging
• Our bottles, tubes, dispensers and gallon jugs are recyclable (depending on local availability).
• Our custom silk-screening produces less waste and toxins (and looks better) than paper labels.
• When possible, we use UV inks for silk-screening, which contain no solvents/VOCs.
• We buy recycled linens for use as cleaning cloths.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY STORAGE MATERIALS
We limit production waste as much as possible, and any extras are used for samples. The few that are not fit for samples, we are sure to recycle. We also recycle ink & toner cartridges, electronics, office paper, junk mail, magazines, cardboard, packaging and all types of bottles and cans. Although we limit bottle waste with a water filter and washable glasses. We re-use boxes, packing peanuts etc. whenever possible. The corrugated packaging we buy is recycled.
We recycle our bulk drums by rotating to and from the various manufacturers. We utilize the same truck/trailer that delivers the finished goods to us and have them return the empty bulk drums on their back-haul trip to the manufacturers, reducing carbon emissions from transit.

Made from environmentally friendly materials, our new eco-friendly in-room amenities were design with a focus on the environment. From straw plastics created with new environmentally friendly polymers to renewable bamboo combs and tooth brushes, this collection will help our clients to go green and reduce waste.
ECO-FRIENDLY & BIODEGRADABLE DENTAL CARE
The ReadyBrush bamboo, pre-pasted toothbrush is biodegradable, sustainable and naturally antimicrobial. It’s handle is made from sustainable, organically grown bamboo.
The ReadyFloss RENEW Floss Pick is the eco-friendly and convenient way to floss. It’s made from a plant-based polymer, sealed in biodegradable packaging and helps clean teeth and freshen breath anytime... anywhere.
BIODEGRADABLE WET BAG
This Biodegradable* Film has been tested and proved as biodegradable* and safe for the environment by ASTM D5209, ISO 14855 / ASTM 5511 / ASTM D5538 standard testing methods. All sorts of factors determine the amount of microbes available in the soil and the soil conditions determine the rate of degradation.
*49.28% biodegradation in 900 days under non-typical conditions. No evidence of further biodegradation.

Polyethylene Terephthalate sometimes absorbs odors and flavors from foods and drinks that are stored in them. Items made from this plastic are commonly recycled. PET(E) plastic is used to make many common household items like beverage bottles, medicine jars, rope, clothing and carpet fiber.

Low-Density Polyethylene are historically not accepted by most American curbside recycling programs. Nevertheless, more and more communities are starting to accept it these days. It is a very healthy plastic that tends to be both durable and flexible. Items such as cling-film, sandwich bags, squeezable bottles, and plastic grocery bags are made from LDPE.
ABS has a strong resistance to corrosive chemicals and/or physical impacts and can be recycled. It is very easy to machine and has a low melting temperature making it particularly simple to use in injection molding manufacturing processes or 3D printing on an FDM machine. ABS is relatively harmless in that it doesn’t have any known carcinogens, and there are no known adverse health effects related to exposure to ABS.

ALU - ALUMINUM
RCI USES: We have a small selection of bottles.
Aluminum is a silvery-white, lightweight metal. It is soft and malleable. Aluminum is used in a huge variety of products including cans, foils, kitchen utensils, window frames, beer kegs and airplane parts. This is because of its particular properties. Aluminum is the most recyclable of all materials. Discarded aluminum is more valuable than any other item in the recycling bin.

Some people prefer natural ingredients over products that contain any synthetic ones. The truth is, there are safe and unsafe aspects of all types of ingredients. That being said, we always strive to provide products with elements that are more naturally sourced, and though naturals may be more appealing, Ready Care must still maintain their safety and efficacy for use in our personal care products. Being natural alone does not always translate to being “safe” even water and sunshine have limits of safety.
The expectation that natural ingredients are more sustainable because in theory, they use less energy to source and require fewer resources. The reality is that sustainability of any product ingredients depend on specific usage, context of use, and energy consumption in harvesting/creating it. Ultimately, we seek to source the best ingredients so that you can use them with the confidence and assurance that Ready Care always strives for the most sustainable – earth friendly solutions.

Preservatives help keep all of us safe by preventing the growth of bacteria and mold during the use of consumer products. Different product types need different preservatives that work best for that particular formula. You can rest assured that all of our preservatives comply with applicable regulations and safe limits wherever they may be sold or distributed.
We have strict product safety limits in place when any of these materials could be found in trace amounts due to their natural occurring, background presence in water, the environment, or as part of the manufacturing process. *We do not use BPA or PVC in any product formulas. Our use of PVC or BPA is restricted to very small amounts in packaging, some ancillary items, or where deemed essential to product safety. RCI always considers all material options when creating new products.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
When establishing an account with ReadyCare Industries®, buyers are notified as to which warehouse location orders will be shipped from. Warehouse location depends upon buyer’s zip code and product selection.
Place an order before 1:00 P.M., Mountain Standard Time and your products ship the same business day via FedEx ® Ground, unless otherwise specified. Express air delivery is available on non-hazardous, in-stock items when an order is placed prior to 12:00 P.M., Mountain Standard Time.
All duties, taxes or additional handling fees for non-U.S. orders are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Orders shipped FedEx® Ground, within the 48 contiguous United States arrive at the destination within 2-10 days, depending on the ship location.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND TERMS
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Invoices are payable per account terms or negotiated in writing in advance. By accepting delivery of goods, Buyer agrees to pay the invoiced amount for goods delivered, and agrees to be bound to the contract terms. No acceptance may vary these terms unless specifically agreed in writing between Seller and Buyer within ten (10) days of receipt of products.
FREE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

ReadyCare Industries® offers free shipping on orders totaling $695.00 or more, or a combined order of 15 cases bulk liquid product shipped within the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx ® Ground or by common carrier (truck).
Free shipping offer not valid on hotel in-room, Pure Fiji® and private label products.
Orders of 12-14 cases combined bulk liquid product will incur a shipping charge of only $35.00.
Orders less than $100.00 will be charged a $5.00 processing fee in addition to actual shipping charges.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Seller makes, as to goods sold and services rendered, no warranties, express or implied. Goods are covered only by manufacturer’s warranties, if applicable. Seller hereby disclaims, to the entire extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer agrees it has not relied upon any representations of seller in selecting particular goods.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
ReadyCare Industries® is committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product ordered from us, simply call our Customer Care Department within ten (10) business days of receipt of goods.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Prepaid through wire or credit card.
Goods shipped or delivered are F.O.B. Aurora, CO, and risk of loss passes to Buyer upon the earlier of delivery, loading of delivery or placement with a carrier. Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Payments on open account shall be applied first to delinquent balances. Balances 30 days overdue accrue 1.5% service charge for each month or portion thereof such balance remains due at Seller’s discretion. Any applicable discounted shipping charges are valid, provided payment for goods is received within invoice terms.
Seller’s remedies for non-payment of invoices shall include, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, the right to repossess any goods in the possession of the Buyer, purchased from the Seller. Buyer shall surrender such goods upon demand to Seller or Seller’s agent.
Goods sold “as is” are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoiced price at Seller’s discretion.
DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING ITEMS
Seller will accept return of damaged/non-conforming goods within ten (10) business days after delivery, only when returned in original condition and packaging.
Once opened, videos, CDs and electric items are returnable only if defective and will be exchanged for the identical item. Acceptance of non-conforming items after ten (10) business days is at the discretion of the Seller. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Buyer shall pay all shipping costs for returns, and for services under manufacturer’s warranties. Returned items must be securely packaged and reach Seller without damage.
Lost or missing items must be reported, in writing, within ten (10) business days of order receipt.
Colorado law applies to the interpretation and application of these terms. Time is of the essence, except that Seller shall have ten (10) days, after written notice, to cure any breach. Buyer agrees to pay prejudgment interest, and Seller’s collection cost, litigation expenses, and attorney fees incurred to collect any unpaid balance.
