Friends of the Library Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 6pm Recital by classical guitarist, Peter Fletcher. This program will be held in the Kaplan Auditorium at the main library, 301 N. Washington St. Hendersonville. Music of Four Centuries. American classical guitarist, Peter Fletcher, will perform an audience friendly, solo recital featuring a repertoire that runs the gamut from the Renaissance Period through the 20th Century. Peter performs through the country including recent solo recitals in Detroit at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament and in New York at Carnegie Hall. His work is widely acclaimed, such as this recent accolade from William Gooch for Fashion Reverie: “As a mature artist, Fletcher stands out in his emotional interpretation of the works he performs.” This program is Free and open to the public.
