All Residential Real Estate in Wollongong have hosted the Tradies & Services Night on 14th October. The event was an auction night to support the McGrath Foundation and the Pink Tractor Trek for Breast Cancer. Around Australia there are 102 breast cancer nurses who assist patients with this debilitating disease when they return home from treatment. That’s only 102 for the whole of Australia. It costs $380,000 to train and engage a nurse for three years. The team at All Residential Real Estate raised $5,500 towards this great cause through an auction supported by a number of local businesses. The event coincided with the arrival of Mudgee estate agent Hugh Batman in his Pink Tractor. Hugh embarked, on the 9th of October, on a solo 2600km journey around NSW to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care. He has purchased a tractor, painted it pink and is heading south before travelling to Sydney, then through northern NSW at just 30kms an hour.
