About Us • We act as an entry point for foreign students and researchers to study and to conduct research in Unpad. We also provide assistance to Unpad students and researchers to advance abroad. • We collaborate with renowned international partners across the globe that offer programs ranging from student exchange to summer programs.

What is Upgraders? Upgraders is a term for the students in Universitas Padjadjaran from various majors that are interning at the Unpad International OfďŹ ce for one semester or more. Upgraders are responsible for assisting the ofďŹ ce in any kind of international related events, for instance seminars with professors from abroad, International Day, International Student Orientation, etc.

International International Student Day Orientation
Unpad Summer Program
International Student Orientation International Student Orientation is an annual event held to welcome new international students. It is a two-day event where new international students gather to get to know each other as well as receive important information related to their studies in Unpad and living in Indonesia.
International Day “EXPADTRIATS” EXPADRIATS stands for “Expanding Unpad through International Arts”. This event is a chance for international students to introduce their countries and to promote their cultures in a creative way. There are cultural performances from the international students, culinary booths from all countries, and many scholarship-related booths during the event held in Jatinangor.
Unpad Summer Program Unpad Summer Program is a program in which focuses on intercultural communication. This is an annual 14-day program which consists of cultural activities, lectures, and workshops. The objective of this program is to promote friendship across nations while exploring the culture and the beauty of West Java. It is usually attended by at least 50 students from around the globe mostly from ASEAN countries and China.

Dual Degree
Unpad’s Language Center at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences offers regular and non regular programs, and functions as an Indonesian courses learning center for foreigners. The main classes are held at the Dipati Ukur campus. The Dual Degree program is a collaboration program between the Faculties of Medicine of Universitas Padjadjaran and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia which has been conducted since 2006.
