PARTNER AGENCY
northern-colorado.safe-families.org volunteers to provide emotional and relational support to families. Safe Families can host children temporarily while we also work to create extended family-like support for parents who have nowhere else to turn.
SFFC partners with local churches and volunteer organizations to create a circle of support for families in crisis. Circles of support consist of volunteers in each role, host homes, family friends, family coaches, and resource friends.
Partner Agencies
trained volunteers can safely care for children.
Family Friend volunteers can offer support such as transportation, meals, daytime childcare, and relationships to families without a strong support network.
Family Coach volunteers work alongside families and host families to ensure that all the family’s needs and goals are met, children are safe, and host homes get access to the resources they need to provide the best care for children. Family Coaches also help to ensure the placement of children and visitations are going well. Our resource friends can donate resources, time, and service to families to ensure that their tangible needs are met.
Safe Families for Children NoCo launched their chapter locally in October 2020 with a local office in the Loveland Life Center. Since starting, SFFC has supported over sixty families by providing overnight hosting, daytime childcare, assistance with transportation, help with moving households, and home and car repairs. And, most of all, by creating healthy, positive, long-term relationships.

Since our founding in 1983, Raise the Future has designed and implemented evidenced-based, wraparound services that reduce the amount of time youth in foster care live without a permanent family. Our programs increase the likelihood of forming and sustaining positive connections that help to transform their futures.
Raise the Future program uses programs and services to support youth and families at every step throughout their relationship journey. From connecting youth with stable relationships to strengthening families impacted by trauma, Raise the Future is bringing a brighter future for youth and families.
Raise the Future has two primary prongs of service. The first is the Youth Connection program which pairs older youth who are in foster care without a permanent home identified, with a youth connection advocate. The purpose is to find adult connections that youth can rely on. We wrap those connections with support, so they grow into meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
The second prong of service is Family Support. This program is based on the Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) model and includes a four-part caregiver training series and in-home
