Drew has been a real estate investor since 2010, a CA licensed real estate agent since 2012, and a CA licensed real estate broker since 2017. He is the managing member of Islander Properties, LLC. Over his career, he has represented a number of real estate investors throughout San Diego County and Southern California, totaling over 300 real estate transactions. His expertise lies in property valuation prior to purchase, design and construction management, and marketing properties for maximum price upon exit. Drew Chance owns his Real Estate Brokerage, DC Realty Partners, based in Coronado, CA.

Chris has been a lifelong real estate investor. As a teenager, he worked for his Dad who was buying, renovating, and selling real estate before it was “the thing to do.” After high school, he majored in finance at the University of Missouri and then received his MBA in finance from Webster University in St. Louis. He has an extensive career in mortgage lending, commercial real estate sales, and residential real estate investing. He has owned/partnered and managed hundreds of properties in his career. His expertise is in finance and investment structure, identifying investment opportunities, and construction management.
