During my tenure in Massachusetts, I practiced cardiac sonography for 18 years and successfully owned, operated, and sold businesses. This period laid the foundation and determination for my diverse entrepreneurial ventures. In 2005, my family and I relocated to Florida, marking the beginning of a thriving real estate career, and owning several businesses ranging from mortgage, closing and title, home décor and design, new construction, and HVAC. Cost Fee and Commission Overview

RE/MAX Select Professionals has based this proposal on the additionally submitted Excel file titled “Hammock Dunes

UW 12.18.2023.” The attached budget will be adjusted accordingly as the project progresses.

RE/MAX offers competitive commission rates to ensure the board maximizes its returns.

In the proposed compensation structure, RE/MAX Select Professionals will receive a commission of four and a half percent (4.5%) of the gross sale price of the property. This commission will be awarded for successfully facilitating the sale of the luxury oceanfront condos at Hammock Dunes. It's important to note that this commission will also be shared 50/50 with any collaborating broker involved in the transaction, fostering a cooperative approach to maximize sales outcomes. This commitment reflects our dedication to transparency and fair compensation practices within the real estate industry.

Furthermore, we remain open to discussing additional options or modifications to the compensation structure based on further negotiations or specific requirements toward a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Compensation is based on base price and upgraded options to the buyer.

We suggest that cooperating agents be present at the time of registration with their clients.

To streamline the payment process, we recommended a percentage to be paid at the groundbreaking/slab and a balance at closing.

RE/MAX can introduce performance-based incentives to align goals with the successful sale of Hammock Dunes condos. Optional incentive structures will be presented to the board to motivate timely sales and repeat agent sales.
