Speaker Info David Tedesco Founding his first software business at age 15, Dave began chasing his entrepreneurial vision earlier than most. He has built, invested in, or acquired every business he has been involved with over the last 25 years. Today, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Outlier, which he founded in 2005 and has grown to be one of the biggest private companies in the US. He is a polymath who blends deep interests in strategic theory, product design, engineering and finance into a creative, ever-evolving approach to business and investing.

Patrick van den Bossche Patrick is a natural when it comes to leading and motivating people, a gift which has helped chart the course of his very successful, diverse career. An entrepreneur to the core, Patrick has led and operated a variety of fast growth, start-up and next-growth companies including Barrett-Jackson, Modtech, SPI and Turnkey, among others; spanning across industries including manufacturing, goods, and services. Today, he is putting those leadership skills to good use as the President of Realty Executives International.

Alysia Heun Alysia Heun is an MBA graduate with a diverse background in hospitality, education, and marketing. She joined Realty Executives International in 2013 after several years with University of Phoenix and Alliance Beverage. Beginning in franchise support, her role quickly expanded to cover a broad scope. Alysia’s current responsibilities as Vice President of Realty Executives International center around franchise operations, including marketing, communications, training, and customer support.


David Celaya David started his career as a loan officer of a small real estate group in 2008, and shortly thereafter launched a real estate sales career. By 2011, after mastering in-house technology and training with a San Diego franchisee, David joined International as a trainer for the Pacific Region. David’s role as Vice President of Realty Executives International includes responsibilities in technology development, training, and business expansion. He maintains an active real estate license in Southern California.

Ken McElroy Ken has experienced great success in real estate– from investment analysis and property management to acquisitions and property development. With over $1B investments in real estate, Ken offers a unique perspective on how you will get the biggest return on your investments. Ken and his business partner founded MC Companies, a real estate investment company, mostly multifamily with over 10,000 units. Ken is also an accomplished author, with best-selling books The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing, The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing, The ABC’s of Property Management, and The Sleeping Giant.

Eden Sunshine Eden is the CEO for Realty Executives Phoenix and Yuma, a business development expert, founder of the Level Seven System, and has been successfully coaching business owners on how to build scalable, high performing organizations with robust and compelling cultures for over 20 years. Eden has supported and coached some of the top real estate teams in North America for over 15 years, many of which are doing volume in excess of 100 million or more in annual sales.

Todd Stottlemyre Todd is a former MLB pitcher, high-performance business coach, best-selling author, keynote speaker, business owner, investor, and advisor to multiple companies. After a successful baseball career, Todd decided to dedicate his life to serving others, taking all he learned on and off the field and from his father to help people break the chains that prevent them from living their most optimal lives. Todd has penned two books to date- Relentless Success and The Observer: A Modern Fable on Mastering Your Mind.


Todd Davis Todd was the Co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of LifeLock, Inc. He led the company from a start-up in 2005 to an IPO in 2012 on the NYSE and years later, through a successful acquisition by Symantec for $2.3 billion. He was the visionary that defined the identity-theft protection industry and created the industry leading brand. He currently serves as Executive Chairman for Kadenwood Brands and sits on multiple private and philanthropic boards where he applies his experience in marketing, technology, and teambuilding.

Aaron Lacey Aaron is a psychology-driven digital marketing coach and speaker. He helps agents go from good to great by uncovering blind spots in their businesses and implementing innovative systems in the areas of brand development, lead generation, CRM, and social media. He’s an Inman Ambassador, Inman Contributing Author, podcast co-host, and one of the only NAR Certified Technology Instructors in the country. Aaron consults with some of the top agents, teams, and brokerages in the country.

Raven Reed Raven may look or sound familiar as a former beauty queen and sports Broadcaster, most recently known for her role with ESPN 106.5 The Ticket as an on-air personality and producer. She’s appeared on NBC News Radio as a freelance locker room reporter, Fox 8, Fox 36, TLC, MTV, and the cover of Supermodels Unlimited Magazine. In less than a year of being a licensed REALTOR®, she has already hit the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club Achievement Award. Raven is currently an Executive with Realty Executives Select Group in Sandusky, Ohio.

Matthew De Fede Matthew is the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives Elite Homes in Nutley, NJ. Prior to opening his office in 2014, he worked as an agent with CB & KW. After Graduating from the School of Visual Arts and the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts with a degree in Illustration & Design, he went to work for Magazine publishing companies WWD & National Lampoon, migrating to digital marketing in the early 90s. Past roles include Sr. Art Director for About.com and experience with Kraft, Roche, Merck, WebMD, NBC Universal, Guggenheim Hedge Funds, and JPMorgan.


Bridget Hudzik Bridget is the Director of Agent Development & Branding at Realty Executives New Jersey. She is an experienced marketing and social media guru with a demonstrated history of working in several different industries. Skilled in social media, advertising, website maintenance, SEO, branding design, and reputation management, Bridget is always available to help her Executives succeed to the next level.

Brodie Zuk Not many people can say they have dedicated their life to real estate in both academia and sales. Brodie’s passion for real estate began at a young age after watching his father run a brokerage for over 20 years. At Princeton University, Brodie researched the Canadian housing market, choosing to serve his city over Wall Street after graduation. He is licensed to sell residential, commercial, and farm real estate. Brodie is currently a licensed REALTORŽ with Realty Executives Saskatoon in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Kaylee Stock Kaylee is a PR & Marketing Specialist for Realty Executives International and all Outlier brands. Graduate of Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications, Kaylee joined the Realty Executives team in 2018. Kaylee has worked with Brokers and Executives throughout North America to share their local and national stories through blog posts, press releases, and social media. Kaylee previously worked for the City of Tempe in communications and marketing.

Jessica Perrone Jessica is a Marketing Executive working alongside the team at Realty Executives Oceanside of Palm Coast, FL. Jessica was able to take her passion for authentic communication through social media and bring it to real estate and the surrounding communities while also having fun! Jessica has been learning, growing, and expanding her engagement skills on the job and educating the Executives in her office on how to engage with their sphere of influence through social media. Jessica enjoys creating graphic designs and reinventing the wheel.


Diane Hartley Diane brings her passion for luxury marketing and more than 20 years of experience growing and leading businesses to her role as president of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She works with her team, Institute Instructors, and strategic partners to enhance the membership experience. Diane has served in numerous senior level management roles, including strategy and marketing for a consulting firm focusing on high net-worth individuals, publisher of the first local social media website in Dallas-Fort Worth, and management in the telecom and information services industries.

Jack Miller President of T3 Sixty, Jack is responsible for client relationship development and management of T3 Sixty’s consulting team. He has nearly two decades in the real estate industry and has held roles in real estate franchising, franchise ownership, brokerages, and management consulting organizations. Jack’s formal education is in electrical and computer engineering, with experience as an investor and partner in technology startups. He is a consistent contributor to the Swanepoel Trends Report, the T3 Tech Scorecard Reports, and various white papers and abstracts on technology.

Dean Cottrill Dean is SVP of T3 Sixty’s Brokerage Consulting Division. In addition to helping brokers and their companies reach higher levels of success and profitability, he also leads the T3 Fellows program. He has over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience and has held several senior-level positions with real estate brokerage organizations including Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT), where he spent the last 10 years of his career. As Group President at CB, he oversaw 66 sales offices and 4,000+ associates that generated more than $9 billion in annual sales volume.

Dr. Lawrence Yun Dr. Yun is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He oversees and is responsible for a wide range of research activity for the association including NAR’s Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends for its 1.4 million REALTORS®. Dr. Yun received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland at College Park.


Shaun Cathcart As CREA’s Senior Economist, Shaun manages the production and distribution of CREA’s national resale housing database and is in charge of market analysis, providing housing market intelligence and analytical materials to boards, associations, members, media, government and other real estate industry stakeholders.

Leigh Brown Leigh is an international sales/motivational speaker who happens to be hilarious in an almost-inappropriate-but-still-family-friendly way. She is a topselling REALTOR® in the Charlotte, North Carolina real estate market. With the 2020 launch of One Community Real Estate®, Leigh continues her mission to support and develop REALTORS® who are both leaders and advocates in their own communities while still striving to serve buyers and sellers as their REALTOR® advocate. Leigh is a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame.
