One Brand Voice We are all part of Realty Executives because we believe in what it stands for: the highest producing, most professional Executives all under one brand that stands for quality and excellence. The strength of a our brand within the marketplace is directly correlated to our level of brand awareness. Brand awareness is built through our marketplace having repeated exposure to our brand, but that exposure must be consistent across the multiple touchpoints for it to make an impression. The Realty Executives Yard Sign is the most widely used product which promotes brand awareness. Through repetition and consistency, this brand awareness increases market visibility (brand recogntition) and encourages brand loyalty.
To regain the strength of one united brand, we have evolved our logo design with a more fresh, modern look while keeping with our 50 year legacy of excellence. This new logo treatment was presented and unanimously approved at the 2015 Realty Executives International Broker|Owner Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. Subsequently, the updated logo has been incorporated into new yard sign designs. The following pages display the current, company-approved property sign layout options. All sign vendors in the Business Partner Program have been provided the new artwork files for yard signs. Yard Signs FAQ LOGO
Can I change the Realty Executives logo size? No. The logo may not be re-sized, re-shaped, re-colored, squashed, stretched, or altered in any way. If a custom iteration is required due to HOA or regional real estate regulations, please submit a detailed request along with a proposed visual layout to CustomerService@RealtyExecutives.com for approval. If applicable, please also submit written documentation supporting the need for customization.
Can I change the Realty Executives logo color? No. The logo consists of the the word-mark “REALTY EXECUTIVES” in red within a white shield with a blue border (see below for color specifications).
Why is the word “International” removed from the new Realty Executives logo? Corporate headquarters added “International” to the logo in 2009 to leverage the trending “global” marketing concept in website development. Since then, the concept of “global marketing” is a given with any company having a website. Therefore, the word “International” is not as relevant as back in 2009. Further, the word is cumbersome and distracting from the true branding of Realty Executives. You are allowed to add “International” under the logo if it is vital to marketing in your region.
FONTS
What are the Yard Sign fonts? Any of the following typeface fonts are acceptable: Helvetica, Arial, Open Sans (this is a Google font). Adobe Garamond and Times may also be used, though not recommended (as it is not as legible from a distance). Your Broker/Region may have designated one of these fonts as the standard. Please defer to you Broker for any required specifications in your region.
Are there any rules to how to display the text? You may choose: • ALL CAPS • Title Caps • Upper and lower case Further, phone numbers may be displayed with dashes, dots or however you prefer. Are there font size requirements? No. the length of the of text will change depending on the amount of characters.

What is the Realty Executives yard sign background color? The “background field” behind the contact/display text is dark blue: • cmyk 100-55-0-65 • Pantone 539 Contact/Display (Name, Phone, website, etc.) text color is white Can I change the background color? Can I order Realty Executives yard signs at other sizes than what is listed ? Our Business Partners sell many size variations of yard signs. REGIONAL REAL ESTATE BOARD and/or MLS RULES
All city, state and local signage specifications trump any “rules” specified. Further, all local MLS rules and regulations are the responsibility of the real estate agent. Defer to your broker if you are not familiar with your local real estate board rules and regulations. (This refers to including the “EQUAL HOUSING” and/or “REALTOR” and/or “MLS” logo marks, as well as requirements for regional business nomenclature. For example: adding “LTD., BROKERAGE” as required in the eastern Canadian provinces, or “Each Office Independently Owned and Operated” as required in Louisiana).
