eginning April 5, the Planning and Development Review Department will e-mail expiration reminder notices for all residential/commercial building plan review and building-related permits that are due to expire 30 days from the date of the notice. The courtesy reminder will be e-mailed to building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing,

sign/banner permit holders, and residential/ commercial building plan applicants. Applicants who do not submit an e-mail address with their application will not receive a reminder.
