This struck my friend as very strange as Ted always loved her drop-in visits. Later, Sandra Murphy and the man she was having an affair with (Rick Tabish) were charged and convicted with his murder. Candice Wiener As I sit on my patio by my pool this summer in my new home; I can’t help but ponder and revel in just how blessed we are as citizens of the Las Vegas community. Every single obstacle that comes our way is equally an opportunity. The only Grandfather I ever knew, likewise a very wise man and celebrated attorney once repeatedly told me: “it is what it is,” and “it is what you make of it.” This past year has undoubtedly shaken myself and my team to the core. Nonetheless, sometimes what’s left of our innocence, naivety and youth proves to be more professional, full of integrity and possesses a genuine desire for what’s real in general, both in life and in business. Truth be told, the last year has presented a ton of challenges; yet opportunities for growth. Competition is a very natural thing in life and in business. While healthy competition can be a constructive tool to keep you on your toes, focused and always empowers you to be on top of your game; unhealthy competition and deceptive competitor’s unethical business practices can sometimes be hard to accept and understand. Lies and deception about a person trying to tear apart their competition in an unethical way comes back around to those who compete in such a shallow manner. The next upcoming issue denotes a year of hard work and commitment to our advertisers, contributors and support. Although a father figure/family friend of mine passed away this year, there was always some advice and guidance he used to tell me which was “follow the support.” Here are Real Vegas, we are extremely grateful for the help of many Las Vegas locals. We know you are only as good as your support and this issue is dedicated to you all, as we couldn’t have done it without you! Seemingly fit, this issue is also dedicated to the 2019 Most Magnificent Men of Las Vegas. These men are the real MVP’s! From CEO’s to Philanthropists to Business Professionals, Corporate Executives and Business Owners, the professions span a variety of different industries right here in our local community and these men are all top-notch! In business, in their family lives and in their community relations, these men represent the REAL Most Magnificent Men of Las Vegas and we are honored to have them included in this special feature themed issue. Take a look and feel free to connect with them on social or at their offices to reach out and learn more about their businesses. We encourage you to support them and help us in honoring these men who day in and day out work tirelessly and vigorously for their families. These men do not have a “fun first” mentality; but more of a “family first” and utmost business practice and ethics within our local community. Many of them are fathers and/or father figures to many of us who could benefit from having REAL men like them in our lives. We certainly hope you enjoy learning about them and that you will come out to our 2019 Most Magnificent Men of the Year recognition party sometime in August. Please be sure to follow us on social media and stay up to date on our upcoming event happenings. Let’s hear it for the REAL Most Magnificent Men of Las Vegas!

No one can every confuse Chippendales with Bloomindales. Although both loved by women all around the country, one is certainly more fun. For 40 years, the Chippendale Dancers have been touring all over the world making women blush and possibly men envious. So, naturally, Vegas being the entertainment capital of the world, we would be shocked if they didn’t have a home here. According to their website “The award-winning

I was able to do everything I love like hosting, dancing, performing etc. Plus, it was actually MY choice to show my ass in the shower because I’ve always been known to go hard or go home.” Vinny Guadagnino is one of the most recognized lifestyle personalities and digital influencers to the tune of 5.3 million followers. But who wouldn’t want to follow him? He’s handsome, talented, funny and gives the most amazing advice about living a keto lifestyle. Yes, we aren’t just looking at the pictures, we take down recipes as show in Vegas runs seven nights a week, providing a choreographed, yet spontaneous, immersive experience. The show consistently ranks as one of the top shows in Vegas by the Las Vegas Review Journal as well as “Best Male Revue” nationally.” Well, we certainly wouldn’t expect anything less in Las Vegas. While Chippendale’s have had many guest hosts, none would be as popular as, “Jersey Shore” star

Chippendales does a great job incorporating celebrities into their Las Vegas shows with their local regular Chippendale cast. Vinny Guadagnino who did a six-week stint and now, due to popular demand, he is set to return to the world-famous Chippendales at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino for a six-week limited engagement from July 26th, 2019 through September 1st, 2019. During Vinny G’s first Chippendales engagement his box office numbers rivaled that of former celebrity host Tyson Beckford. Vinny G, who has dubbed himself “The Low Carb Stripper” or as fans call him, Keto Guido, brings some real high-octane energy to the Chippendales stage, setting hearts and box office numbers on fire. Guadagnino stated “although you may think Chippendales is a “strip club” with sausages thrown in your face left and right... it really is much more of highly produced Vegas show with talented dudes, comedy, and a fun space for people to party and have a fun night... those big meatheads on the show are some of the chillest people I’ve ever worked with, as well as the people behind the scenes - they were open to doing whatever I

gleaned from seeing the show is how entertaining and fun it truly is, from hip-hop, contemporary, and performance dance moves that have you out of your seats cheering. All of this and more happens in the Chippendales very own, custom built theater in the Rio All-Suite Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. There are also interactive games. Truly an immersive experience. We have had the pleasure of working with some of the guys at community events we have hosted, in which readers, both men and women alike, enjoy their guest appearances and taking photos with the Chippendales at these local community events. The guys are always kind and polite and very much a pleasure to work with! Chippendales performs nightly at 8:30 p.m., with additional shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10:30 p.m. Vinny Guadagnino’s return to Chippendales for his second limited engagement begins Friday, July 26, 2019 through September 1, 2019 (Friday through Saturday night performances only). culinary map? Again, it all starts with Nachos. Everyone loves them from a culinary perspective. We removed them from the appetizer menu and gave them the attention of an entree. Secondly, we made Mexican food fun. We totally jumped outside of the typical Mexican restaurant box and added TVs for sports and music videos and added square-shaped bars perfect for mingling. Also, for modern convenience, we’ve added outlets to charge phones, communal tables for socializing, scorpion shots, award-winning margaritas, and offered vegan options five years ago which was ahead of its time. This unique offering has led to us being featured internationally on The Food Network, Travel Channel, HGTV, Tanked on Animal Planet, and much more. Please tell us about your expansion plans and where is Nacho Daddy opening next? We just celebrated our first out of state opening in Duluth, Georgia. Vegas? I love it! We are the hospitality capital of the world, yet we import so many out of state restaurant brands. This culture is a tremendous asset going to other markets. Also, if you have a successful restaurant on Las Vegas Blvd. you should be able to handle the volume of almost any market. The best example of hospitality I have witnessed was during the Stanley Cup Playoffs. I witnessed many Vegas residents buying Washington Capital fans drinks after the game and congratulating them after their win. Every time the visiting team fans were almost astonished and then commented on how impressive the gesture was and they would make a return trip soon. Even in the sadness of a Golden Knight loss our Vegas hospitality kicked in and took precedence.

GreenONE Holdings Shaking up the Beverages and Nutraceutical Marketplace
By: Candice Wiener
\
Âť
NEIL FINEMAN is a long time Vegas local whose company GreenONE Holdings, is shaking up the beverages and nutraceutical marketplaces. GreenONE is doing something not seen that much in the consumables marketplace: introducing ground breaking technology. Armed with three current patents in the marketplace already, that are centered around eco-friendly innovation; Neil is betting that the science behind his latest creation, is going to change the face of nutrition and hydration for the next 50 years. Neil is the creator of iDrink water; the world’s first nano-nutrient beverage on consumer shelves.
Utilizing a water-based delivery system (instead of a traditional sugar or alcohol delivery), iDrink delivers 100’s of healthy nutrients and necessary minerals into the human body that are rapidly absorbed into the cells without any taste or flavoring whatsoever. Just a high-end tasting water with uber hydration and actual nutrition. A first of its kind in a market that continually uses words like vitamins and hydration to mislead consumers into thinking their products actually provide a value beyond their unhealthy additives. Well know distributors are taking notice of this new, game changing delivery system, and the irony that this water is from Las Vegas, is not lost upon them. Nevada Beverage (Budweiser), John Lenore, Haralambos, and even Nicholas & Company, have all come to Las Vegas to sign on iDrink, and bring it back to their local partners on The West Coast and Midwestern States. Now 3 years in, The East Coast is calling, and Neil is doubling down on his bet. Having invested much of GreenONE’s capital and resources into products just as bio-available as iDrink, Neil is gambling that the consumer will want to have “ready to use” versions of iDrink in small, transportable “shots” that are made for specific purposes. An “i line” of consumer hydration and nutrient “shots” that are meant as much for the weekend warrior and dehydrating local as it is for the elite athlete and soldier.

Neil’s father, Jerry Fineman, was the first person to convince Walt Disney and Sesame Street to license their characters on toys. His creation of hundreds of

character driven toys, thrilled parents and children alike for over 40 years; and paved the road for future generations of toy manufacturers. His Tickle Me Elmo toy with its open packaging design (also a first of its kind) is still the number one selling toy of all time. Following in his father’s footsteps, Neil has taken a new technology and figured out how to apply it to a much needed marketplace; Creating “better for you” drinks and supplements. As Neil and GreenOne Holdings like to say about the iDrink Line: and its new delivery system: “They’re all IV’s in a bottle”. Fun stuff for a town just looking to pack more life in a 24-hour day. Look for iDrink’s offerings (idrinkbeverages.com) in a regular or virtual store near you.

professional comedian. Nothing would stop this comedian from working his way to the top with his natural raw talents. Even accidently winning Ricky Gervais’s comedy competition on his new App ‘Just Sayin’ and learning via a tweet that he will be performing for Conan O’Brian in six days, where he slayed it on stage. Then appearing on BET’s Real Husbands of Hollywood with Kevin Hart. Yet the biggest coup d’état for this amazing young man would be in being a top four winner on season 13 of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and coming full circle to his beloved Las Vegas with a residency at the LA Comedy Club located at The STRAT Hotel, Casino and SkyPod as their headliner starting Monday, July 8th. “I’ve been performing at the L.A. Comedy Club since I was 21,” says Comroe. “A decade later, it’s a dream come true to have a residency in the Entertainment Capital of the World.” Las Vegas holds a special place in Comroe’s heart, growing up, he would stay with his grandparents every summer. This made him fall in love with Vegas. Joaquin Trujillo, L.A. Comedy Club managing partners along with Matt Chavez stated, “It was exciting to see someone from our family advance to the AGT finals, and we are fortunate to have this come full circle. Sam has worked hard for his career, and we are excited to continue working with him on this next phase.” There is no stopping Sam Comroe’s bright future and for now, Las Vegas residence and tourists will have the opportunity to catch this brilliant comedian on stage. Sean Connery, yes- you read that right, is a retired Airforce Pilot that still serves and protects businesses in Las Vegas. His security briefings are much different now, Connery is protecting small businesses from cyber breaches, hackers, phishing and ransomware, which are the enemies he has in his sights now. Connery is the President of Orbis Solutions Inc, a top IT support and cyber security provider. The company has developed creative, strategic and cost-effective technical solutions for a wide variety of clients. Connery’s self-proclaimed obsession of knowledge has been the impetus of his career. His grandfather was a decorated WW2 pilot who retired after 30 years. After hearing his stories, Connery was so excited about aviation that as a teen he joined Civil Air Patrol, then in college, joined ROTC and became an F16 pilot… and to continue learning he became an instructor pilot. Same held true with IT, in college Connery worked in a computer store that allowed employees to take any software home to check it out, a year later a regional manager was shocked to learn Connery had taken home and learned over 500 programs. Years later, he would find himself running some of the largest data centers in Nevada. Connery went on to manage IT Departments at an International gaming manufacture. One of his greatest achievements was the opportunity to design the IT Security Infrastructure for one of the largest luxury casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. Today, Connery is a professional with 27 years of experience: he was CIO of a national retail organization, vice president and director of IT for large hotel casinos, and certified in CISSP, MCSE 4, 2000, 2003:S+M, ITIL, VMware CVP, CNE 3, 5, G, Symantec Systems Engineer, IBM, HP, Dell, and much more.

Connery was inspired to start his own IT and cyber security company; Orbis Solutions. His vision was to bring the IT security tools used by large corporations and scale them to the small to medium size business to better protect their data. This was no easy task, but the desire to learn kept him motivated. It took a year of research, acquiring information and developing his tool set, before he would pursue their first client. Staying true to his vision was of the utmost importance. “Kelly and I were sitting together enjoying a cigar as we often did on a Friday afternoon (we believe in no-change Fridays). As we listened to and watched a neighbor, a so-called computer guy (“one-man band”) working out in his garage, and desperately trying to support a small IT organization here in town, we know at this point that we were up to the challenge of bringing mature IT services and support, with proactive monitoring tools, to small and medium-sized businesses. We knew the businesses in town were ready to switch from their unsatisfactory IT providers to one that would help them excel through IT. “We knew these folks would eventually be raving fans of Orbis!”, says Connery. Connery speaks with business owners and C Suite executives everyday about protecting their data. “It’s alarming to me that most think protecting their data is not important or that no one wants it. When I get that urgent call from a company that has been crippled by ransomware or data loss due to a hardware failure, they realize JUST HOW IMPORTANT their data really is. I will never forget the time I resurrected a company’s data. The business owner admitted to me that he had been throwing up in the shower earlier that morning over their data loss. I cannot stress enough how extremely valuable a resource data is to a company, and even to you as an individual. Through rescuing companies like that gentleman’s, I began to realize that a lot of security companies are looking in the wrong places for these threats.” Says Connery. Connery recently announced the launch of his new company, IT IS Compliance. This compliance company focuses on PCI, GDPR, HIPPA, gaming among other regulations. Connery and his wife, Kelly, have been protecting the companies in Las Vegas since 2010. Both are heavily involved in local philanthropic causes and civic organizations.
