With over 25 years of nursing experience, including the last nine years as a nurse injector, Speed earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Capitol University in Columbus, Ohio and worked in labor and delivery for several hospitals throughout Columbus and Las Vegas. she entered aesthetics, later earning her CANS certification in 2017 and most recently completing her Masters of Science in Nursing while simultaneously practicing full time and maintaining 2 thriving businesses. Speed’s expertise and commitment to ongoing education and training, has led her to become an instructor for Allergan Medical Institute where she trains physicians and other medical professionals on administering Botox, Juvéderm, and Kybella. Galderma, the pharmaceutical company who offers specialty aesthetic treatments including Sculptra, Kysse, and Restylane, named Flawless a recipient of their “Presidential Elite” club, the highest level of honors accounting for the top 2% of providers in the nation. The beauty expert has become the ‘go-to’ aesthetics injector, specifically for her two most popular signature services, her dramatic lip and butt transformations.
Speed’s jaw-dropping celebrity makeover transformations have been featured on TMZ, Daily Mail, E! Online, US Weekly, In Touch and more. Her celebrity clientele includes TV personality, Farrah Abraham, “90 Day Fiancé” star, Deavan Clegg and Chad Johnson, star of “The Bachelor” franchise. In 2020, Flawless Medspa was featured on an episode of the hit TV show, “90 Day Fiance,” where cast member, Larissa Lima, came to see Melanie for plumper lips. Melanie’s expertise, coupled with her artistic eye, gives her an advantage in the aesthetics field that she has continually pursued and many would say, mastered. She now uses that eye for beauty, symmetry, and detail to provide her clients the best aesthetic results she can.
