The Ultimate Burger Ingredients • • • • • • • • • • •

500g Mince meat 1 red onion 1 garlic clove 1 egg 2tbsp plain flour + extra for dusting 1tbsp parsley Salt and pepper 1 tbsp olive oil 6 bread rolls streaked bacon choice of filling (lettice, tomato, onion ect)

For the fries

• 3 Large sweet potatoes • 2tbsp olive oil • salt and pepper

Stage 1: Firstly dice the onion and garlic into small pieces and lightly fry in a frying plan with the olive oil until soft. Once they are soft and cooled place them into a large bowl with the mince meat, salt, pepper and parsley, mix well until the mixture is evenly distributed. Stage 2: Crack the egg into the mixture along with the flour and stir until its becomes a large sticky ball. Then divide into 6 smaller balls and mould into burger shapes. Place onto a flour coated non stick tray, then leave the burgers in the fridge for an hour to settle. Stage 3: Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into the shape of a french fry, place onto a non stick try coating them in olive oil and salt and pepper. Place these into a pre heated oven at 180c for 30 minutes. Once they have been in the oven for 10 minutes place the burgers into the oven also. In the mean time prepare the filling of your choice and slice the rolls in half. Fry the bacon off in a pan, once glazed and beautiful leave to one side to crispen up. After 30 minutes in the oven take the fries and burgers out making sure the burgers are cooked though. Then you can build your ultimate burger how ever you want.


Cheating cheesy pasta Ingredients • • • • •

500g Shell pasta 1 brocolli 6 large mushrooms 500g fresh chicken 1 garlic clove

For the sauce • • • •

1 pack aldi’s chees sauce 300ml milk 50g grated cheese salt and pepper

Perfect cheese toastie

Stage 1: Boil the pasta in a saucepan until soft. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry off in a non stick frying pan, add a crushed garlic clove and cook until all the chicken meat is white though. Cut the mushrooms and brocolli into small pieces and add the brocolli into the same saucepan as the pasta and cook together. Add the mushrooms into the same frying pan as the chicken and cook until soft. Stage 2: Put the milk into a saucepan and cook unil its simmering, add the packet of cheese sauce and stir until thick. Once thickened add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Once the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth, add all of the cooked ingridiants into a bowl covering the intire mixture with creamy cheese sauce. Then simply serve and you can even add a piece of garlic bread.

Stage1: Butter both sides of the bread and add these cheese inbetween two slices. Place the toastie into a pre heated NON STICK frying pan. To add a little wight to the toastie to get the cheese extra gooey place a plate on top of the toastie. Repeat this when flipping the toatie over. Once both side are beautifuly golden brown take it out of the frying pan.

Stage2:Grate a little extra cheese into the frying pan where the toastie was sitting, then put the toastie back into the pan. Leave there until the extra grated cheese has mealted and leave for 30 seconds. Then place a fish slice under the toastie and lift out holding it in the cool air for around 30 seconds. Once the cheese has cooled flip over and you should end up with a delicious cheesey crown.

Unsliced Bloomer Bread about 3cm thick 50g double glotishire cheese + extra 50g mature chedder cheese +extra Butter for spreading


Pretty little pancakes Ingredients • • • • • •

150g plain flour 1tbsp sugar Pinch salt 100ml skimmed milk 4 Large eggs Olive oil

For the top • • • •

Icing sugar to dust Fat free Greek yoghurt Frozen or fresh berries Honey (optional)

Southern fried chicken

Stage 1: Sift the flour into a bowl along with the salt, sugar, milk and eggs and whisp until smooth. Stage 2: Pour a small amount of olive oil into a pre heated frying pan, swirl around the pan until the whole base is covered, The our a quater of the mixture into the pan. Cook until goldren brown then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Repeate this until the mixture has gone. Stage 3: Dust the icing sugar over the pancakes and add a big dollop of yoghurt and drizzle over the berries and honey. Then enjoy.

Stage 1: slice the chicken into medium sized strips. Fill the freezer bag with the flour, Paprika, chicken seasoning, salt and pepper. Place the chicken strips into the bad and shake well until all the chicken is coated in the mixture. Stage 2: Place the butter into a non stick oven tray and place in the oven to melt. Once the butter has melted place the chicken into the tray, then place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200c Stage 3:Take out of the oven making sure the chicken is cooked and serve with a salad or a side of your choice.
