I am a photographer living in and shooting in Seattle. I started my own business shooting in 2005 and have been fortunate enough to be able to do this as my only job since then. I work in both the portrait and commercial fields and love the similarities and differences between the two. In portraits and weddings, you get deal with regular people wanting something special and the shoot is an exciting experience for them, while in the commercial field, you work with professionals who all understand the business like you do and you have the ability of meeting incredible people that in my normal life would never happen.... so, in short...
