Emme Entwistle Aronson
from Coach Bill Sanford:
“One of my tallest recruits ever. He put it to good use and I was amazed how good he got at moving a boat, especially during 1990. He was dependable, would never, ever, give up and would give it all until the last stroke. He was a truly amazing athlete who showed National Team qualities while rowing at SU. He loved a good party, whether it be the Navy Ball or Post IRA. That was expected however, after his exposure to ‘West Side Rowing Club’ in his hometown, Buffalo.”
Donald Smith World Championship 4X | 1991 (5th) Olympic Alternate | 1992

from Coach Bill Sanford:
“Allan was a quiet guy that you could always depend upon. He was a very skillful technique guy who could row both sides due to his sculling experience. He shunned the limelight and was an ultimate team guy.”
